Spacious and Modern! This Wake Forest cottage features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, perfect for game weekends and group gatherings. You will love the open living space that comfortably accommodates family activities. The home has a large kitchen island that looks over the huge living room TV and dining area. There is an outdoor patio just off the kitchen and a huge backyard for yard games and relaxing fun. Enjoy a getaway to Winston Salem here.

The Cottage has lots of space indoors and outdoors to enjoy. Inside, there is an open living area with kitchen and dining all in one space. Outdoors, there is a beautiful patio and yard to enjoy. Lastly, The Cottage comes equipped with a Level 2 EV Charger for your use as well!

We are glad for our guests to celebrate exciting life events. However, when this is done, the home should be returned to its prior condition. Because of the difficulty to clean, it is specifically prohibited for guests to use glitter on the property. If we find glitter or remnants of glitter, there will be a $200 cleaning fee for the deep cleaning necessary to return the home to it’s prior condition. Please do not bring glitter into the home.

Cottage stay
The property was super nice and very clean. We had everything we needed. The check in and check out process was super simple. Communication between the property manager was always very swift in response and thorough. The neighborhood felt very secluded and safe. Looking forward to repeating our stay when we come back to wonston salem for the next convention downtown!

Accommodation is really quiet and peaceful. There are also a family of deer often visiting the garden. Was great to have a morning coffee in the quiet garden with the “additional visitors”. Accommodation is absolutely spotless. And the communication with the host Daniel, could not have been better. Always quick to respond and very helpful. I highly recommend this accommodation, and will gladly stay here again on my return.

I was pleasantly suprised by this place, the location was close to anything you need, and the house itself was perfect! Super clean, all the latest tech, huge tv, surround speakers throughout! Great spot, will certainly return! Why pay $450 a night for a hotel suite, when you can stay here in a house all to yourself!!

Superb location and property
This was the perfect location for our Winston Salem trip. Traveling with my 86 year old mother, the “step less “ entry, spacious interior and well equipped kitchen were perfect. The property is safe, quiet, and comfortable with a very nice ascetic. The location afforded easy access for visiting relatives in the area as well as restaurants, shopping, etc. The host was responsive to every question and request, which we truly appreciated.

Family is very important to us, and we love raising our three boys in this beautiful town. We love coffee, mexican food, and house flipping shows.
