The warm and inviting cottage is nestled within a quiet, tree-lined neighborhood in the heart of the Cape May Peninsula. Newly renovated, make it your retreat while exploring seaside resorts, pristine beaches, world class birding, nature activities, shopping, antiquing, golf, biking, hiking, as well as wineries, breweries, live music & fabulous dining. Return to the cottage to relax under tall oaks in your spacious & private backyard, with comfortable patio seating and fire-pit.

The open concept living, dining and kitchen are centrally located in our completely renovated and charming cottage. Plenty of natural light fill the home with warmth and refreshment.

The first floor offers a well equipped kitchen with dining area, a comfortable living room, and well equipped laundry with half bath. The second floor offers a spacious master bedroom, bath with tub and tile shower, and a second bedroom with double bed. There is a single bed/reading nook in the transitional space between the two bedrooms, perfect for a teen or small adult.

The cottage offers you all the comforts of home including an enclosed backyard with an inviting outdoor seating area with grill and fire pit.

In the kitchen you will find everything you need for basic meal prep. The list includes table service, chefs knives, basic cooking spices and oils, pots and pans, coffee pot (with filters and ground coffee), and a host of other conveniences.

Guests have access to all areas in the home and yard with the exception of the owner's closet.

The cottage is perfect for couples and families looking to enjoy all the town has to offer while being able to return to a more quiet, private accommodation.

You will be a short drive to Cape May City (about 10 mins) where you will find the beautiful beaches, iconic Victorian homes, the Washington Street Mall, and many great places to eat. The cottage is also a short drive to the Wildwoods and the Wildwood boardwalk.

The cottage is only a few minutes from a number of breweries and vineyards including the Cape May Brewery.

If you're looking to stay outside of Cape May proper, then this is the place! An adorable cottage in a quiet area - with everything you could possibly need. Tastefully decorated; the cottage has a fresh, peaceful vibe that allowed us to feel right at home. I'm usually not a fan of memory foam, however I had the best night's sleep in that big, cozy bed! Multiple pillow options ensured everyone was comfortable. Jacob was an exceptional host - from my initial inquiry to our final message on our way home. Attentive and helpful - he gave recommendations and shared some house tips! This was our first time visiting Cape May and with this enjoyable place to stay - I'm hoping it won't be our last!!!

I normally don't leave reviews but when I do, it's because the experience was extremely good, or extremely bad. Therefore, the 5 star rating is self explanatory. If you want a clean, updated, and comfy place, you’re taking too long to book this spot. Such a pleasant getaway that makes you feel at home. We were close to asking if we could extend our stay, but then remembered we had jobs to get back to in another state. No but really, what are you waiting on? Book it yesterday. You won’t regret it!

Jacob’s cottage was peaceful and quiet - a short drive from the local beaches and attractions. The cottage was pristine clean, with comfortable beds and thoughtfully-equipped kitchen, baths, and living room. Jacob was a great host providing friendly instructions and extra touches that made us feel welcome.

This is one of the very best airbnbs I’ve been to. The house is immaculate, the kitchen had everything you need ( plus water bottles in the frig and fresh olive oil and coffee! ). the outdoor space is excellent. Neighbourhood is quiet. And if that’s not enough we had free tickets to a mini putt putt. Jacob’s place is definitely one we will go back to!!

I have to say I’ve stayed at many Airbnb’s over the years but Jacobs place was by far the best. His lovely cottage is completely stocked with everything you would need in your own home. The place was spotless, beds and pillows were so comfortable. His backyard space was fenced in and had all the luxuries needed just to relax right outside the back door. Unfortunately my daughter and I had to leave 2 days early due to my Dad become ill and Jacob was the 1 to offer me a refund on the 2 nights we didn’t stay there. WHAT HOST DOES THAT!!! He was understanding and I felt so grateful for his kindness. Jacob really has a heart. If we ever do return to NJ there is no doubt I will only stay at Jacobs beautiful cottage. Thank you so much for a fabulous stay

Was the perfect cottage for my little family of 4. Fantastic layout and the amenities provided were top notch. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked and the provided coffee was such a nice welcome gift. Tons of towels were provided, both beach and bathroom. No need to bring your own kitchen towels or beach towels, even though I did. The bedrooms were a great size, especially the primary king room. The secondary bedroom was cozy with plenty of room as well. Yes, it would have been nice to have stayed right in the heart of Cape May but it truly was such an easy drive, all of the attractions in every direction was no more than a 13 minute drive and parking was never much of an issue. Luckily the meeter pricing wasn't all that bad either. Jacob was such a responsive host and such a pleasure. For a fun outing, highly recommend heading over to Harbor Light Golf in Wildwood for a fun game of minigolf and ice cream.

Jacob’s cape may cottage was exactly as described. I’ve been staying at airbnbs over the last 10 years and this had to be the all around best one when considering the all of the details that were thought of to make the stay as seamless as possible. We had absolutely everything we needed in the kitchen, bathrooms, for the wash, to take to the beach (chairs, towels, etc), and much more. The neighborhood was nice and we enjoyed the close proximity to all of the local beaches and attractions as well! If you stay here you won’t regret it and will thoroughly enjoy your stay in Cape May!

The Cottage on Corson was perfect for our stay near Cape May. It was close to the sights but quiet and private enough to feel like a retreat. The entire cottage was so well appointed with furniture and supplies. Jacob was thoughtful in every aspect of the home. The furniture and beds were comfortable, the linens were perfectly cozy and lots of thoughtful extras like laundry soap, spices, condiments, and coffee. Jacob reached out multiple times to anticipate any need we might have had. It was the best experience we have had at an Air BnB. We would love to stay again if we are back in Cape May.

We really enjoyed our time at Jacob’s Airbnb! The space was clean and well-stocked with everything we needed and Jacob was a great host. He checked in regularly to make sure everything from check-in to check-out ran smoothly. The home is a quick drive to the beach and restaurants, and is located in a very quiet, residential neighborhood. We were a group of four adults, so the space worked well for us (two stayed in the main bedroom with a king bed and two stayed in the smaller room with a double bed). It would be hard to accommodate many more people than that, but we felt the space was sufficient for our needs. We also loved the backyard and wished we had had an opportunity to use the fire pit! Ultimately, we thought the house was great and really enjoyed our stay. We’d definitely recommend the home.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we strive to accommodate our guests as best we can. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

Full Refund: Cancellations made at least 30 days before the arrival date will receive a 100% refund of the total booking amount.

Partial Refund: For cancellations made within 30 days of the arrival date, we will make every effort to rebook the dates. If we are successful in rebooking the property for the same dates, a reimbursement will be made for the amount of the listing up to the original booking value.
