As a Host, we aim to make your stay as comfortable as it can possibly be!
Our mission is to help our guests create beautiful family memories in our home.
For us to do so, we would truly appreciate it if you can follow our house rules.
We have listed some important ones of them here as well as in the attached rental agreement with the house rule addendum.
Please let us know immediately within the first 12 hours after arrival if something is malfunctioning or damaged so it can be rectified. However, all damages or missing items discovered after your stay will need to be paid for by you and will be charged against your deposit.

- Pls, no shoes inside the house. Be mindful of the wooden steps as they can be slippery. Proper indoor footwear with anti-slip soles is recommended.
- There is absolutely no open fires or cooking on the deck, porch or patio and on or around the wooden steps.
- There shall be NO smoking, vaping or marijuana use inside or outside the home. An extra cleaning fee of $500 to remove odor and stains will be applied if violations will be encountered.
- PLEASE clean up the kitchen/refrigerator and wash your dishes and put them back up after use. If dishes are not washed and properly stored, an additional cleaning fee of $50 will be applied.
- All trash must be securely bagged and placed in the outside trash bin for pick up Thursday.
- PLEASE NOTE: Children friendly DOES NOT MEAN the area is CHILD-PROOF.
It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to monitor their children's actions AT ALL TIMES.
- Feel free to use the barbecue outside that is set up for our guests’ leisure use only. The BBQ is to be used by the guests who stay at the home and is not to invite others to the home as it will be considered as hosting a party. Please clean up after yourselves and keep the grill clean. If found left dirty and requires extra cleaning, an extra cleaning fee of $65 will be required. You will also need to add your own gas to the BBQ as it is not supplied.
- Please remove any perishable food you bring with you prior to departure. Some food items are in the cupboards and refrigerator (sugar, coffee, etc.) which you are welcome to use, we ask that you replace whatever you empty before your departure.
- Please acknowledge that occasionally, we may leave consumables such as condiments or snacks left behind by previous guests if they are not empty. We try our very best to ensure that it is not expired or stale. However, ultimately, it is up to the guests' discretion and inspection to consume these items if they wish. The host does not take any responsibility for the consumables.
- Please do not rearrange our furniture.
- Maximum occupancy at any time is limited to 6 guests per your reservation on the property.
- We DO NOT ALLOW parties or gatherings of any kind. If guests are found to have had additional people on the property, guests will be responsible for the additional charge of $250 per person over the maximum occupancy and any extra cleaning charges
- Please bring your own supply of coolers and iceboxes if you are planning to keep larger amounts of Beverages and Supplies cool during your stay. Even so, the house is equipped with a regular-sized fridge, overloading it with large amounts of beverages, etc. will make it run so hard that it will freeze up and eventually stop working.
- Lastly, because this is part of the VRBO/Airbnb community and not a hotel and is also our home when we stay in Jonesboro, please be respectful of the property and keep it clean before you leave.
