The Charming Chalet is located at Sonenalp at Canyon Lodge, the most intimate and classy complex in Mammoth, with only 4 condos and private, posh amenities.

The Chalet delivers winter convenience with garage parking for 2+ cars, easy access to transportation, a large garden area for sledding, luxury living space, and a hot tub and sauna just outside your door. Best of all, its an easy walk to Canyon Lodge (200 yards) where you can easily access Mammoths best trails or jump on the Gondola to the Village. Sonenalp is also the perfect location to launch all your Mammoth adventures!

We make your stay easy with an online Guest Guide for easy access to our local knowledge base. You will have remote, personalized lock access to limit Covid risk and make check-in easy. Theres no need to meet a manager or pick up/drop off keys for check-in.

Please note that homes in Mammoth Lakes do not have air conditioning due to our mild, mountain climate. If you need AC, check out our Westin units, which have AC as they are built to standard hotel specs.

Also note: The hot tub is shared with 1 other unit. Be aware that a spa maintenance company will service the tub 2x per week. To access the tub the maintenance person will need to walk through the condo.

All Sonenalp properties are pet-friendly, but we will need to approve your pet prior to booking and you will need to sign the pet agreement. There is a $200 fee for approved pets.

Guests must sign a personalized rental contract within 48 hours of booking. A 3% credit card fee will apply to any refunded amounts due to guest-initiated cancelations.
