1. Please - ALWAYS CLOSE GATES BEHIND YOU - every time you go in and out – the gates are there to keep the dogs safe. Keeping the dogs safe is top priority. Not doing so will result in immediate cancellation of your reservation without refund. 2. Dog treats are provided – please limit to 5 per day per dog 3. To ensure Buddy & Stinky’s safety, other pets (including service animals) are not allowed on the property. ***Service animals: due to the space being partially shared (backyard), we are not able to accommodate extra animals on the property as it could pose a safety risk to host's animals. We understand ADA accommodations are to be made generally for service animals; however, this (shared space) is one of the exemptions for Airbnb regarding service animals and hosting. 4. Hot plate/burner – please UNPLUG COMPLETELY instead of just turning off. 5. Please use gray washcloths for makeup removal. 6. NO SMOKING inside casita: this applies to tobacco, cannabis and e-cigarettes. If we smell smoke or cannabis, you can expect a claim and charge to your credit card. 7. If enjoying outdoor space after 10pm, please keep noise levels down – this is a city ordinance and also, we want to be respectful of our neighbors! 8. The deck area (attached to main house) is off limits to guests – the patio behind the casita is for guests to enjoy their own outdoor space. 9. The expectation is for guests to leave the space as they found it: wash dishes, take trash to the trash bin, and the cleaning staff will sanitize and reset the space. 10. Your booking is non-transferable, and no right to sublease is allowed or implied. The guest of record must be present at check-in and check-out. 11. No parties or events permitted, any visitors must be disclosed to and approved by host prior to arrival. 12. All guests must be added to reservation and must have identify verified through Airbnb within 48 hours of reservation confirmation - reservation is subject to cancellation if this is not completed. Host reserves right to check identification of all guests on the premises. This property cannot be used for purposes identified in the City of Phoenix Ordinance Section 10-195(c).
