We loved our stay. We were 2 families of 3 kids under 4). We loved that there were 2 bedrooms on opposite ends of the house. House is in a beautiful neighborhood with really good restaurants and cafes nearby. Poop and Jacuzzi was nice and backyard looked same as in pictures. We only used to Jacuzzi and pool was cold when we went. Kitchen was well equipped, we had both DoorDash and Walmart + deliveries without any issues. They have thought of most things you might need including pool toys, beach toys, towels etc

The backyard alone is worth the stay! The house is super cute. All of the girls on our trip stated several times about how they’d love to live there. Everything was perfect!

Had a wonderful stay here. Jonathan was very responsive as a host, reached out multiple times, made sure everything was going fine for our stay. Backyard is tremendous, plenty of seating, pool and spa are inviting, lots of trees that provided privacy and makes for a very relaxing place to spend time. House was very clean. Great area to stay.

Jonathan's home is just like the photos shown! The backyard was our favorite area and we spent most of our time there - with the lights in the backyard and the water wall, it allowed for privacy while spending time outdoors, even in the evenings. When the mosquitoes started their feast, we were able to transition to the Florida room and still feel as though we were outdoors! The pool is heated to 85 degrees and the hot tub to 99 degrees! The kitchen was very well stocked and even included a blender for those who enjoy making smoothies with local produce picked up a short distance away from both Publix and Whole Foods. We also appreciated the keyless lock which was easy to use - even for someone like me who usually struggles with keyless locks! Jonathan was very friendly and checked in on us to make sure we had settled in well and to see if we needed any further assistance! Thank you!!!

We had an amazing stay at Jonathan’s place. The house exceeded our expectations. The lush green backyard with heated pool and spa was perfect place to enjoy morning coffee as well as spend a relaxing evening after a day at the beach. The house is located in a safe and peaceful neighborhood close to everything. The house has everything you might need for a fantastic vacation, from a fully stocked kitchen to pool toys, games, multiple smart TVs, beach stuff (chairs, coolers, umbrella, lots of towels etc) and plenty of space to spread out and unwind. Jonathan was extremely responsive and immediately resolved one minor issue that came up, to our satisfaction. We couldn’t have asked for a better place or a better host.

If you’re staying in the area, look no farther. This home and property is absolute paradise, and with an amazing host to match. We had booked a different air bnb for our anniversary visiting from out of state and it was a nightmare. Jonathan got us into his home and at that moment our trip really started. We relaxed and enjoyed our time together and would 100% come back to this same house if in the area again. Not all air bnbs are created equally, and this one was amazing. Thank you Jonathan.
