Cabin stay

The cabin was wonderful. It was just big enough for 3 of us and the place was well maintained and clean. I also appreciate the well.stpcked wood shed for the fireplace. I reccomend this place for the quiet.

We loved our stay at the bungalow! We are a small family with a dog, and felt this was just the right amount of space for us. We were able to get to Wisp easily for tubing and restaurants. The neighborhood was peaceful and well taken care of. It snowed the first night and day we were there, and plows came through regularly to clear the roads. Macy was very responsive any time I had a question and the house was just as she had described. It was the perfect weekend away and we would love to return!

Everything was great from the price, amenities, communication, location. The place was the perfect little get away for a snowy weekend. There were plenty of games and activities to keep up entertained (including a giant hill perfect for sledding). The space was clean and had everything you could need for cooking. The hosts were lovely and very quick to respond to any questions. We really enjoyed our stay and would 100% love to rebook next time we visit!

Girls Getaway

Macy was a great host! It was mine and my boyfriend’s first visit up to Deep Creek, we will definitely be back. We used it to celebrate my 40th birthday ❤️ She was very responsive from the time we got there to check out. I loved the idea of the shampoo/ conditioner/ body wash dispensers in the shower, very convenient! The check in and check out instructions were very clear and helpful along with the map they included. Thank you so much again, Macy!

weekend getaway

property was very nice and as expected. only thing that was a little off putting was the window in the shower. other than that great place to stay

Policies and Rules

Check In: 3PM - Flexible

Renters may check in any time after 3:00pm on the arrival date. Approximately
24 hours before arrival, Renters will receive an access code to the front door.
There is space for 3 cars on the lot. Please park on the gravel in front of the
house.

Renters must check out no later than 10:30 am on the departure date.
Lock all doors and windows.
Do not leave any personal belongings behind.
Do not leave any food.
All trash must be taken to the community dumpster. If trash is not removed prior to departure a $25 fee will be charged.
Set ALL thermostats to 55 degreees.

Minimum age limit for renters: 18

Maximum occupancy: 8

House Rules

A. NO SMOKING. Please do not smoke in the house.
B. REGISTERED GUESTS. Only verified guests may be allowed to stay in the house.
C. QUIET HOURS. Sky Valley has quiet hours between 11pm- 8am daily. Please be sure to be respectful to the community and surrounding neighbors during this time.
D. COMMUNITY RULES. Please be sure to follow all Sky Valley community rules.
E. RESPECT THE PROPERTY. Please respect our belongings in the house. If damage does occur, please let the host know before you leave the property. Do not take anything that does not belong to you.
F. EVENTS ARE NOT ALLOWED.

Payment Policy

100% of payment is due at the time of booking.

Refundable Damage Deposit

Refunded within a few days if no damage.

Cancellation Policy

To receive a full refund, Renters must cancel within 48 hours of booking.
If cancellation occurs 7 or more days before check-in but not within 48 hours of the booking date, Renters will be charged 50% for all nights.
If Renters cancels within 7 days of check-in, Renters will pay 100% for all nights.

Notes

A $300 damage deposit collected at the time of booking. The deposit will be refunded following the stay if no damages are present.

If you are bringing a pet, please be sure to include that when booking. Thank you. The pet fee is $200/pet.
