We do not have access to the resort's hotel pool, but the pool at the condo complex is quieter and just steps from the beach.

Your arrival and detailed stay instructions are sent in advance and keyless entry will be provided. Host is available via Airbnb message and phone to answer any questions or offer recommendations.

We have a keyless entry smart lock and you will be provided with a unique entry code that will be active for the duration of your stay. We will also create a gate pass based on the renter's first and last name.

The maximum occupancy is strictly 4 guests, including children and infants. Isle of Palms maintains strict regulations relating to occupancy limits. Occupancy violations will result in immediate removal of all guests from the property and denial of access without a refund.

To receive a full refund, guests must cancel more than 60 days before check-in.
If you cancel 60 days before check-in, you’ll be refunded 50%.
