It’s time for a North Alabama Vacation where the rivers meet the mountains. For the professional fisherman this place is a heaven, if you love to visit natural caves there are several in this area like Ruby Falls and Cathedral Caverns, if you enjoy waterfalls we have Several like DeSoto Waterfalls, enjoy the rural scenery or the city life in Chattanooga where you can visit ROCK CITY, the zoo, the aquarium, take an afternoon cruise in the Riverband and so many other things to do. You could also go to Huntsville Al where you could enjoy a day at the SPACE CENTER and have a great time at the New Ridge Mall. There are plenty of eateries and restaurants and some of the best food is found in small pop’s & mom’s eateries. So what are you waiting for? House Rules

Absolutely No Smoking (violators will be subjected to a pricy cleaning fee of $300)
No Pets
Children Under 17 years old cannot be left alone and unattended in the apartment .
Follow all rules noted in the welcome binder I placed in the apartment and all signs that provide special instructions for special items.

Be mindful that this is private property, a vacation rental with our personal items, not a hotel.
Treat the place with the highest respect as expected.

Payment Policy

Payment must be made in full for reservation made 30 days and under. Reservations made more than 30 days in advance require a 50% deposit and full balance 30 days prior to arrival.

Refundable Damage Deposit

Immediately after the apartment is inspected

Cancellation Policy

Full refund Within 48 hours for cancellations Over 30 days before arrival and 50% The 48 hours period up to 14 days before arrival. No refunds for cancellations that fall under 14 days before arrival.
