This spacious semi-historic 3 bedroom 1.5 bath house in Fountain Square is an easy drive or transit from downtown. Large old rooms with plenty of space for a family or a small group.
Both street parking and off-street parking next to the garage are available. Pets welcome.

I will send a door lock and alarm code approximately 12-24 hours prior to the scheduled check-in.

The maximum number of adults is 6. The bunk bed is for use by children.

House Rules

- The weight limit for the bunk bed is 100 lbs on the top bunk and 125 lbs on the bottom bunk. The expectation is that it will be only used by children.
- Do not move any furniture.
- Do not unplug anything. There are power sources provided specifically for device charging.
- Please sleep in between the sheets, they have been freshly washed just for you.
- Unapproved late checkouts will result in a $20 fine.
- Damaged or missing towels and linens may result in a replacement fee.
- No smoking. There is a strict no-smoking policy for this property. Violators are subject to a $250 fine.
- Please clean up after your pet. Any damage or excess mess may be subject to an additional fee.
- No parties or events.
- Check-in is anytime after 3:00 PM.
- Check-out is at 11:00 AM.

Payment Policy

Full payment must be received before access codes will be provided.

Refundable Damage Deposit

The deposit will be refunded after the cleaners have finished cleaning the house and reported no damages or excessive mess.

Cancellation Policy
