Response:Thank you for the review! All things you mentioned are being taken care of. Thanks for letting us know. We are currently working on the house now, and have blocked entire month to replace all floors, remodel 2nd bath, and new dishwasher!! Very excited to see the finished product!
As far as the bikes, they are very hard to maintain, especially with a quick turn over, which is typical for the house. Which is why I stated in the listing, "*** Please note, I cannot guarantee all bikes will be in working order at the time of your visit. If you need additional bikes, there is a place to rent bikes down the street. Thank you!" People have been very rough on the bikes, and it's just been an impossible task to maintain.

Perfect location for everything! The house was so cute! Loved all the decor and sitting areas. Having bikes to ride was a definite plus! It was a great weekend getaway. Thank you Amanda & Wesley for all the amenities! Would definitely stay here again!

Amanda and Wesley have a great house close to everything! The location was exactly what we were looking for, close to restaurants, old downtown and the beach. Highly recommend the Conch House for lunch/dinner, and Kookaburra coffee. They just did a few upgrades that were really nice to have. The king bed is very comfortable! It was really nice having a grill added to the backyard, as we grill all the time.
After we worked on the bikes ourselves to get two functioning properly, we were able to ride them to Anastasia state park for the day. Most of the bikes need to be serviced, once that's done they are a great way to cruise around the island.
There were a number of things that added up to feel not quit five stars, like dirty dishes - lip marks on a lot of the glasses, stained sheet, bikes not functional. With a little attention though this can easily be a 5 star stay!!

Excellent Airbnb. Amanda and Wesley provided prompt responses. In addition, the house was equipped with all the little things,. Toilet paper. Paper towels. Etc great location. Bikes were fun for exploring. Easy bike to historic downtown.

Loved everything about this cute house! It was absolutely perfect! Amanda and Wesley were so accommodating to all of our requests, and helped us so much with things to do! I will definitely be staying again when I come back to St. Augustine!

Beautifully decorated home with a cozy backyard and enclosed patio. Great location, bicycles to use, and several items use while at the beach. There's a yummy specialty grill cheese place nearby called Sarbez. The restaurant has craft beer, video games, and pinball.

Such a great place to stay! This house was clean and very cozy. I love that it has the “lived in feel”, making it very homey. It is so close to downtown and the beach! The screened in porch is huge and very relaxing. It also has a huge backyard! The neighborhood is quiet and so cute. Amanda and Wesley were wonderful hosts and communication was never an issue!! 10/10!!!

Lovely house—really nice taste to decor without it feeling like you can’t live there or touch anything. The back porch is such a great, practical feature.
So many bikes! It was lovely to have enough for our party, as well as a kid carrier. And the area was really nice for bike rides as the main roads had sidewalks and you are allowed to ride bike there id you yield to pedestrians.
They also had some DVDs including lots of kid-friendly movies. Very quick to respond to us during our stay, plenty of linens, roomy kitchen. All in all a big hit!
