Violation of the no smoking and or vaping restriction results in a $450.00 fee. No smoking,
pets, and parties or events.

Cancellation Policy

Full refund 5 days prior to arrival. There is a non-refund option — a guest pays 10% less per night; however, the host keeps the full payment minus the cleaning fee and the deposit for property damages.

My no smoking/vaping housing rule applies to both in the room and on the premises of my property. Also, use of any narcotics is strongly prohibited in the room and on the premises. A $450.00 fee will be charged to any guest who violates my no smoking / vaping or use of narcotics rule.
