Apartment has own sauna with electric stove of the ‘ever-ready’ type. Each bedroom has its own shower and WC. Additionally, the sauna and washroom has a shower and WC. Hall has clothes closet. The fireplace in the apartment in not in use.
Note! Normal price included 4 persons accommodation. If persons rate are 5-6 extra beds must be booked at an additional cost.
Luxurious Tahko Spa Suites Orange A 9 holiday apartment is located in heart of Tahko on the third apartment floor of the Tahko Spa Suite’s “Orange house”. Tahko Spa 100 m. View from apartment living room and glazed balcony direct to ski slopes.
Comfortable living room which acts as a “hub” from which visits can be made to the washroom, spacious sauna, and high standard bedrooms, each of which has its own shower, WC and plasma TV set. The TV sets have Easybox multimedia systems for programme recording, Internet connection, email and radio.
“Spa Suites” apartments include 1 heated car space in the garage on the lowest floor of the house, from which there is a lift direct to the front door of the apartment.Inside the basement garage ( in bomb shelter) there are own separate cupboard for skis and snowboards during winter season. Skis and snowboards are not allowed inside the apartment. Smoking not allowed. Pets not allowed. Child equipment 25€. Possibility to make 2 extra beds in living room´s sofa-bed, price 33,33€ / person / stay. Price included bed linen and bathrobe.
Booked holidays start at 16.00 p.m. on the arrival day and end on the departure day at 12.00 a.m. (this includes weekend bookings).

Why do I need to supply my credit card details again?
The payment of the reservation and the payment of the extra costs on the spot are two separate transactions. It is comparable to paying for a hotel booking in advance and then paying for the extra costs of the mini-bar on the spot by credit card.

For bookings within 14 days prior to arrival only credit cards are accepted.
A down payment of 20% of the total rental cost of the reserved rental property is payable within 5 days of the booking date. The remaining balance must be paid to Interhome no later than 28 days before the start of the rental period. If you book your holiday house or apartment less then 43 days prior to your arrival date, you will have to pay the total rental cost immediately.
The deposit can be paid by credit card or cash (as mentioned on your booking confirmation). It is necessary to pay the deposit otherwise you will not receive your key. Please note that at some locations the only option is cash payment.
What happens to my breakage deposit?
The deposit is a security retainer and will be refunded upon proper return of the rental property. The deposit will either be refunded to your bank account or received directly from the keyholder if you paid in cash. For a refund of the deposit to your bank account, always leave your IBAN- and BIC-code with the keyholder.
If you withdraw from the contract, we will invoice you the following cancellation charges:
A) up to 43 days before the start of the rental period: 10% of the rental
B) 42 to 29 days before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental
C) 28 to 2 days before the start of the rental period: 80% of the rental
D) 1 day before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental
Yes, it is possible to change your booking, as long as the desired holiday house/period is still available. There may be a fee to change your booking.
