Surf View - Hampton Beach

Enjoy an oceanfront retreat, this building was recently featured in HGTV's Beachfront Bargain Hunt! "The Surf" building was completed in 2015 and has stunning ocean views. You have many choices when choosing your vacation stay; therefore before describing this oceanfront unit in more detail I'd like to tell you how we try to set this unit apart from other beachfront rentals in Hampton.



Look closely at the pictures and you will see the mirrored back splash and the beauty of this unique feature is that reflects the gorgeous ocean views all the time. So whether your facing the ocean or sitting at the counter with your back to the ocean, you will still see ocean everywhere you look!



A specially designed sleeper sofa with no bars and no springs - called an American Leather Sleeper. Everyone knows sleeper sofas are not comfortable, that is why we invested in one that is.



Heavy light blocking custom drapes in the living area. The views are spectacular but for the family of 4 that plans to use that area for sleeping, you want to block out all that light to get restful sleep.



Coffee selection of your choice - if you do not choose we leave a selection of medium, light and dark roast premium K-cup coffee pods



Cleaning - although we ask folks to try to leave things neat we do not require our guests to clean the unit, nor wash the towels and linens at the end of their stay, this is taken care of for you by a cleaning service. Not only does this mean you don't have to clean but it means when you check in you know that the unit has been cleaned professionally rather than by the last guests checking out. You're on vacation, no need to do anything but relax.



4th floor, higher than many - less street noise and vast ocean views



Fine linens - we choose high end sheets and towels



Two types of deck chairs - standard chairs + bar height chairs for optimal ocean views.



Now more about the Oceanfront unit, there is, plenty of room with a separate Bedroom plus large living area and Full Kitchen, PLUS a washer and dryer in the unit!!! Granite Kitchen, Hardwood Floors throughout, Elevator Access and much more! Two cable TVs and Internet Wifi in the unit. Linens (bedding, towels, etc) provided. Kitchen is fully equipped and has all the dishes, coffee (kcups) provided too! The condo has an elegant New England beach feel.
