The $4M property is the downstairs of a 2-story duplex and next to the harbor, so you get a bay view from the front of the house, and you can see the beach just down the street. You can even hear the waves breaking at night when the conditions are right!



Everything is close! Visit the bike/water sports rental at the end of the street and launch your paddle board or kayak right near the house. Or take a relaxing bike ride on the ocean boardwalk to the Balboa "Fun Zone." Combine it with a ferry ride and visit Balboa Island for a nice lunch. If you have little ones, "Mom's beach" and Marina Park on the bay is a stone's throw away. Surf classes are also offered at our beach. We have a local farmers market every Sunday with fresh bread, pastries, honey, organic fruits, etc.

This place was fantastic. The weather in Newport over our stay kept us indoors a little bit but the apartment was appointed with everything you could ever need. Everything is smart-wired and the space feels bigger than its true floorspacewould suggest. Perfect location for beach or harbour, great recommendations from Ron on restaurants etc. Whilst we didn't need anything during the stay, Ron happily reached out to offer assistance at any time and also offered us an earlier check-in. Highly recommended if you're looking for a place in Newport.

We had the best time staying here! The place was clean and absolutely beautiful! We loved the smart house features and all of the phone chargers in the bedrooms. We were appreciative of the recommendations and tried out several of the suggested restaurants and all were delicious! The location was ideal and everything was in close walking distance. This is definitely a location that we would love to stay at again!

Ron’s place was immaculate, well equipped and in a great location. Ron’s instruction manual was detailed and check in was smooth and easy. The kitchen had all basic needs, the bathroom was squeaky clean, the beds were comfortable and the linens shiny white. Would definitely recommend!

This was a great location for our quick family trip. Easy access from SNA airport and easy to get to Disneyland but also enjoy a Oceanside location. Abundant places to eat within walking distance and great beach locations whether you want calm, kid friendly beaches or surf lessons. We had some issues (out of our host’s control) but they were responsive and helped us navigate everything.

We are centrally located in downtown Newport Beach and it's a short walk to most everything from the house. The property is next to the harbor and ocean side beach is just down the street (2-min walk). You may not need a car since everything is close, but we provide one secure space inside the garage parking with an EV fast charge outlet for your electric vehicle. Walking or riding a bike is the best way to get around.

As noted, this is a the downstairs unit of a duplex with 1 secure parking spot in a shared 2-car garage.
