We welcome corporate events such as leadership planning meetings, team building getaways, wellness retreats, golf groups, church retreats, celebrations of life and groups of wedding attendees just to name a few of the varied groups we host. We also have repeat guests that enjoy a golf getaway, rafting trip, fly fishing and hiking tours, ziplining adventure or folks who are training for cycling events as we have one of the best locations for outdoor enthusiasts and athletes to train and have adventures. Our area is famous for some of the very best hiking in North Georgia and North Carolina as well as South Carolina and we have great waterfall hikes and overlooks to share with you.

Well fear not - when we say ‘fully stocked’ - we mean FULLY stocked and you will not need to pack the kitchen sink when you come to stay with us. We want you to be comfortable and feel right at home. We stay at our property ourselves and regularly ensure that the kitchen has everything you need to prepare a gourmet meal and that the bedrooms and bathrooms have everything you need for a comfortable stay. PLEASE NOTE: For peace of mind for your trip, we highly encourage 'Cancel for any reason' insurance that will be offered to you upon checkout especially if you are planning travel with an ill loved one, are planning group travel where the booking is contingent on majority participation such as a retreat or if you are traveling during winter months. Since 'life happens', we have found this to be the most beneficial add-on to your trip to ensure that you are protected in case something comes up outside of the cancellation window, and we as your host are covered as well since it is very difficult to rebook a large property in less than 60 days notice. We appreciate your considering this fantastic option to protect your stay and please note that it will be a requirement if there is a known health concern for someone in your party that would potentially cause a cancellation or if you are booking a retreat. Main Level from Driveway:

✔ To your right, a king bedroom with en suite bathroom featuring a jacuzzi tub, walk-in shower, large closet, and desk.
✔ Main living area with soaring windows overlooking mountains, wood-burning fireplace, TV, seating, and additional dining/game table.
✔ Deck with large grill, rocking chairs, and a gorgeous sunset view over the mountains.
✔ To your left (back to the living room): Bathroom 1 with tub/shower down the hallway.
✔ From the hallway, two chic and comfortable queen rooms across from each other, w/large closets. 1 has a mountain view, the other has a front facing window.
✔ Hall closet equipped with extra linens and towels, and just in case you forgot items, dog supplies, etc.
✔ Laundry room with ample cleaning supplies and detergent next to Queen Rooms

Loft (Walk upstairs)
✔ Two (2) comfortable queen beds in spacious loft (note this is an open room but private and can overlook the living room below as well as a magnificent view out of the soaring windows toward the mountains. It is recommended to bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper as well as an eye mask if light bothers you since there is no door to the loft)

Lower Level (Walk down the stairs)
✔ Second family room with two (2) pullout couches. and game area with 75” TV, arcade, ping pong, games, and movies.
✔ Deck with pub-height table and chairs, and comfortable seating and rocking chairs overlooking the mountain view.
✔ To your right (from the family room/game room): A king bedroom with dresser, large closet, and reading nook w/mountain view.
✔ Bedroom with three (3) twin beds, large closet, kid's table for Legos or trains, bookshelf, desk, and bean bag. Great for kids or singles! 2 beds could be pushed together if desired to form a king though there would be a seam in the middle.
✔ Bathroom 3 with a large bathroom with three sinks in two vanities, a walk-in shower, and a toilet. Room for several to get ready together.
✔ Opposite side of the family room/game room: 2nd king bedroom with dresser, large closet, and reading nook with mountain view.
*All Bedrooms except for the loft and triple twin bedroom have Smart TV's - bring your login info for streaming channels.

Note: A signed rental agreement and proof of ID will be required to confirm booking.
In the event of cancellation, credit card processing fees, any admin fees if applicable, and trip protection fee are non-refundable.
Up to 2 well-behaved dogs are welcome and will incur a separate pet fee of $100/pet per stay.
