We had an amazing time here. Beach is less than a 3 minute walk from location! Check in / check out was simple and easy. Condo was very spacious and had everything you needed to cook (plenty of cooking utensils) and relax. Dollies are on site (first floor). Good size balcony with comfy furniture and amazing views.. The bathrooms were remodeled, beautiful, and clean!!

My family and I had a great time!!! We were in walking distance to the beach. The place looked exactly as advertised. The view was amazing from the blacony. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks Abhi!!!

We had a wonderful time staying at the Pelican Beach Resort / Terrace Building. We were immediately welcomed into the unit with a perfect gift basket of wine, crackers, snacks and 2 bottles of water. How thoughtful! Everything was clean and spotless. The furniture was very comfortable and the beds were great. We didn’t do any real “cooking” as we went out for most meals but the kitchen was completely stocked with anything you may need to use. The glass selection was awesome for our nightly happy hours. The balcony and view were breathtaking! We loved the entire complex from all the pools, tiki bar, and beach! The location was also awesome. Right by everything! I would definitely love to come back and stay in the same unit in the future! Thank you for being a part of our memorable family vacation!

We had a great time at this location. The beach was less than a 5 minute walk from the unit. There were dollies and an elevator to carry luggage and groceries. The balcony was large and had a great view. We hung out on the balcony and had drinks and simply enjoy our time in the unit. Plenty of cooking utensils. The bathrooms were remodeled, beautiful, and clean. You can, very comfortably, sleep 5 adults. You could possibly squeeze two more adults if you have couples. The beach was pristine! Can’t wait to rent the until again. We loved everything about it.

Our family had an amazing stay at Sunset Haven. It was clean and offered a stunning view. Being within walking distance of the beach was a major plus. Abhi, our host, was exceptional. When the door's battery died, he promptly notified me about the issue and ensured I could access the condo. He arranged for a locksmith to fix the lock before we returned. I was truly impressed by how quickly he handled the situation and his commitment to our comfort. This experience was the icing on the cake, and I will certainly book with him again!
