Sunset Cove at Apollo Beach is located on a canal that leads to Tampa Bay. Relax in this 3BR/2BA home or out at the pool in the enclosed lanai! The Lanai also has a large entertainment area separated from the pool by a gated fence for kid safety plus there's lots of yard to play in. Beautiful views from the waterfront deck and dock. Relax on the private beach as you enjoy your favorite beverage. Fish off of the dock, or just meditate and watch the water move by. Great sunrises and sunsets.

Incredible waterfront home features 3 bedrooms plus office area, 2 baths, granite counters with breakfast bar, fully equipped kitchen complete with all the necessary cooking appliances, including a crock pot! There is also wireless internet access throughout the property, an in house laundry room and outdoor security cameras making it an excellent home for family and friends to feel comfortable.



This house is just a short cruise to the waters of Tampa Bay and has everything you need for a fun and relaxing Florida getaway. You’ll find the home’s interior very comfortable, with many updated features, a spacious living room with projector, drop down movie screen, theater seating along with a DVD library. All the essential comforts of home are here. Every bedroom has it's own wall mounted flat screen television. All TV's are Roku equipped and allow you to link to your own streaming accounts. Sliding glass doors open from the Master bedroom and living room to the screened in lanai and heated pool area. There is a large dining table and sitting area to watch TV on the outdoor flat screen, play games, read a book, or just enjoy the Florida sun. The propane grill will fulfill all your barbecuing needs.



When you’re ready to get out on the water, simply stroll down to the home’s private dock with boat lift on the canal which leads out to Tampa Bay. It is about a 15 minute cruise to the bay. There are plenty of charter captains available to take you fishing out in the Bay or in among the mangroves for a great fishing experience. There are 3 kayaks available for guest use, 2 singles and a tandem. Paddles and life jackets are provided. All we ask is that you sign a waiver for their use.



Boat rentals are also available nearby if you want to have a boat here during your stay . Brand new fishing tackle is available for guests to use as well.



Pets are welcome with doggy door access for our furry friends to come in and out at their leisure to bask by the pool or go out to their gated enclosure (pet fees additional). Please let us know if you plan on bringing a pet when you book your stay.



This home is perfectly situated to take day excursions to Disney, Universal, Busch Gardens, Clearwater Beach, Ft. Myers, St. Pete, Sarasota, and many beautiful golf courses.
