Comfortable one bedroom on the second floor overlooking the pool from the front door and the ocean from the balcony. New King COMFORTABLE bed in July 2023! Flat ceilings, LVP flooring and lots of closet space. We have cable tv in both the bedroom and living room and Wifi. Full kitchen with everything you need to cook a meal. Private balcony with a limited ocean view. Our villa is located at the back of the building close to the pool with quick access to the beach and pool. We have an updated the bathroom and bedroom and a light airy design, perfect for a beach vacation. My wife Kendall and I live on the island. We own several villas in Seaside and take care of several others. We are always here if needed and available for recommendations. Seaside is an oceanfront complex in the heart of Hilton Head's main beach area. Walking distance to many shops, restaurants and entertainment. Can only occupy 1 parking spot. There are spots under the building that can hold 2 vehicles, but all parking is 1st come. Only 1 parking permit will be issued, don't block anyone in.

Perfect weekend getaway spot!
We planned a last minute trip for my boyfriend’s birthday and this spot was perfect! It was in the perfect location for literally everything. The villa was so clean and cute. We had zero issues! This was my first time using Vrbo too and bc of how easy this was, I’ll be using it to book our trips from now on. Thank you Kendall for everything!

Smaller, dated unit missing some ammenities like dishwasher and supplies, but good communication with property owner over issues. As advertised the bed was very comfortable and distance from beach was fine. Appreciated that unit came with beach chairs and bikes so did not need to rent Thanks!

Perfect location for romantic get-away
My husband and I stayed here to celebrate our anniversary and meet up with old college friends. The condo was absolutely adorable. It was very clean, bright and newly updated. It was exactly as described and photographed. The condo building, in general, is in a great location near the ocean and within walking distance to Cologny Plaza and restaurants and bars. The check-in process was so easy, and Kendall touched base with us throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this unit and building.

Had a great stay! The host was very kind and allowed us to check in early which was super helpful. The location is a huge plus and we were able to ride the bikes that were provided to Coligny Plaza. Keep in mind this condo is tiny. You can’t really use the kitchen to cook. The oven halfway works and we had to throw out a lot of food. The bed was comfy and we felt safe. Great place to stay!

Great solo vacay
This condo was perfect for me! Steps away from the beach and short walk or bike ride to the Tiki Hut Bar and Coligny Plaza. I enjoyed riding the bike to explore the area and the pool was very quiet and clean. This was my first solo trip and I felt safe my entire stay. Met lots of locals at the Tiki Hut and enjoyed some live music. Perfect weather and perfect stay! Can't wait to visit again 😎

Check In: 4PM - Flexible
We have a security gate to get in the parking lot and an electronic lock on the door. The code to each will be messaged to you the morning of your arrival. There is no assigned parking, but do not block anyone in. You are in the building on the right, use either of the 2 gates on the right to enter. Your parking pass will be in the unit. If security is present, tell them that you are just arriving and need to go up to get your pass. The pass must be on your vehicle’s dashboard during your stay.

Check in time is after 4pm, we will message you if the condo is ready early, please do not arrive without hearing from us. If you get there before you hear from us, you may park and head to the beach and pool.

To enter the condo type the code and manually turn the deadbolt, do the same to lock it.
