Our 2 bedroom 2 bath, villa is located in the Village of Bel Air. Our sunny home is on a single floor
and faces south. It is bright, clean, comfortable and well furnished. Your stay includes use of our Club Car golf cart and parking in our garage. The villa features all new appliances, new living room furniture, fresh paint and a 4 season lanai. Each bedroom (1 King and 1 Queen) has a large closet and a bureau. The kitchen is very well supplied for dining in, including ample cleaning supplies, it also has a convenient washer and drier enclosure. We are a short golf cart ride to Springdale Pool; The Savannah Center, Mulberry Grove, First Responders, which each have their own pools. The Square at Spanish Springs, Glen View Country Club, the Square at Sumter Landing and the Lopez Legacy Golf course are very close by cart or car.

Come explore the convenient access to dozens of executive courses a short cart ride away. The Villages is famous for having 100's of clubs for residents and guests to participate in their favorite sport, hobby, past-time, fan-club and educational opportunity.

Getting around

Many of our guests drive to Florida, our home has parking for one car and a garage. Some of our guests fly to Orlando International or Sanford Regional Airport. Groome Transportation provides shuttle service to both airports. Groome has drop off locations at Lake Sumter Landing and Brownwood. Travelers can also arrange with Groome for drop off at specific residential addresses. We have an electric golf cart at the villa for our guests to use to get around to local attractions and recreational areas.

Our home can be accessed via the garage. We have a combination door opener which controls the garage door and the garage screen door. The entry from the garage into the kitchen has a combination lock door.

Minimum age limit for renters: 25
An adult over the age of 25 must sign the contract and be present at the home during the term of the rental.
The property inside and outside is a non-smoking residence/yard.
There is limited parking in the driveway. Please utilize overflow parking on the ends of the Roanoke circle to park visitors. There is no parking on the street, the Villages Community Watch will remove vehicles parked on the road.

Initial payment will be 50% of the total rental amount. The first payment is due 7 days following the reservation. The second payment (consisting of the remaining 50%) is due 60 days prior to the start of the rental.

Refund policy:100 % refund for cancellations more than 60 days before check-in. 50% refund for cancellations more than 30 days before check-in. No refund for cancellations, less than 30 days before check-in.
