☆ Bottom Unit: We rent out the unit above separately. If you’re traveling with friends or family and want to book both units, please let us know.
☆ Noise: Our neighborhood is lively, and you may hear dogs barking at times.
☆ Air Conditioning: Our unit does not have air conditioning, we do provide fans for the extra hot summers and there is often a cool ocean breeze.
☆ Pets: We are pet friendly at a fee of $65 per pet, per stay. Cleaning up after your pet is your responsibility. No pets are to be left unattended in the home.
**Extra pet fees will be added through our guest portal after booking is confirmed. (Plus Tax) Please let us know if you are traveling with a pet.
