☆ Parking: Our unit is in a private corner of a quaint gated 4 plex. Parking is off the street and private but outside the gated entrance ensuring extra privacy for units.

☆ Bottom Unit: We rent out the unit above separately. If you’re traveling with friends or family and want to book both units, please let us know.

☆ Noise: Our neighborhood is lively, and you may hear dogs barking at times.

☆ Air Conditioning: Our unit does not have air conditioning, we do provide fans for the extra hot summers and there is often a cool ocean breeze.

☆ Pets: We are pet friendly at a fee of $65 per pet, per stay. Cleaning up after your pet is your responsibility. No pets are to be left unattended in the home.
