We are committed to providing you with an enjoyable, hassle-free stay, and we are always available to answer any questions or provide assistance during your stay.

Supplies: We’ll provide everything you need to get started with the essentials like toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, basic cooking oil and spices, Keurig pods, ground coffee, body wash shampoo/conditioner, and cleaning supplies. Long stays are encouraged to purchase additional items, if needed.

Cleaning: Rest assured, the home is thoroughly sanitized and cleaned between stays. If you'd like, we can arrange mid-stay cleaning for an additional fee. Our housekeeping team is awesome!

Our stay at The Palm House exceeded all expectations! The house was even more stunning in person than in the pictures, and stepping through the door into a cool, fresh-smelling space was a delightful welcome. Immaculately clean and spacious rooms made us feel right at home, and the beds were like sleeping on clouds. From the well-stocked kitchen, complete with a Keurig machine and pods, to the quick responsiveness of our host to any questions we had, every detail was thoughtfully attended to. Plus, being just minutes away from our family and friends made our stay even more convenient. This experience has set the bar high for future AirBnB stays, and we can’t wait to return to this same beautiful home on our next visit to Anna Maria Island!

Very nice house, beds were super comfortable. House was very clean and had everything you need for a getaway. The backyard patio was very nice for sitting outside and very relaxing and peaceful for being in a neighborhood. I reached out to Brandon regarding a question with the streaming service on the TV and he was very quick to respond and call me to assist. The location is great, close to the beaches, downtown Bradenton, Golf courses, you name it. I would stay there again.

Age Requirements: The guest on the reservation must be at least 21 years of age. We may require the guest to show their government issued ID prior to accepting a booking request. We may also ask for your ID if you have a new account and/or have no reviews.

Pet-Friendly Guidelines: If you're bringing a furry friend, please clean up after them, keep them off furniture and beds, and ensure they don't disturb neighbors with excessive barking.

No Smoking or Illegal Substances: Smoking, vaping, or the use of illegal substances is strictly prohibited inside the home. Illegal substances are strictly prohibited ANYWHERE on the property. IF THE HOUSE SMELLS LIKE SMOKE, THERE WILL BE A $750 CHARGE FOR DEODERIZING THE HOME.

No Parties, Events or Loud Noise: To maintain a peaceful environment, no parties or events are allowed.

Check-in/Check-out Times: Check-in is from 4 p.m. onwards, and check-out is by 11 a.m. If you need flexibility with these timings, please let us know in advance, and we'll do our best to accommodate.

Guest Support: Your comfort is our priority. Reach out to us via the Airbnb messaging platform for any questions, concerns, or special requests during your stay. We're here to assist you. Our normal business hours are from 10am-9pm EST. We are located on the west coast, so please bare with us during the morning hours. Thanks for your understanding.

First Payment of 50% is due when your reservation is booked, second payment of 50% is due 30 days before check-in.
Cancellation Policy
Guests will be refunded 100% if reservation is cancelled 30 days or more from check in day. Guests will be refunded 50% if reservation is cancelled between 14-30 days from check in day.
No refunds will be issued if reservation is cancelled less than 14 days before check in day.
Notes
We love furry friends! Well-behaved pets are welcome to join you during your stay. However, please note there is an additional pet fee of $150 and they must be approved prior to arrival. Please message us before booking to inquire about your pets joining you during your stay.

The home is thoroughly and professionally cleaned between stays, but we occasionally host pets, so it may not be appropriate for guests with severe pet allergies.

There is a Ring doorbell for your safety.

Please be advised that we have occasional lawn care services come out to maintain the front and back yards. Please expect the presence of our friendly lawn service team during your stay. Rest assured, we will make every effort to minimize any inconvenience caused during your stay and we will notify you in advance.
