Amazingly spacious , private, modern, 3rd Floor 800 sqf loft in the most prime area in North Williamsburg with an elevator! An incredible amount of natural light during the day and very quiet.



I am happy to accommodate a shorter length of the stay so please message me with your trip dates and I will confirm.



3 Blocks to L Train, 1 stop to Manhattan on the L or JMZ trains. Right next door to The Williamsburg Hotel, Wythe Hotel, The William Vale. Restaurants and bars on every corner, the best boutiques and art galleries NYC has to offer! 1 block from the East River (view of city) and Bushwick Inlet Park.This place is perfect for someone who wants a home away home. Located on a very quiet street.

 

Living room:

- 50 inch TV with Roku (Netflix provided)

- Large couch

- Samsung washing machine (in the closet)

 

Kitchen:

- Microwave, oven, stove, Dishwasher, French press, plates, glasses and all the basics you need for cooking

-Breakfast bar with 2 stools where you can comfortably work or eat.

 

Bedroom area:

- Queen size Tempurpedic mattress (super comfortable)

-2 large windows facing The Williamsburg Hotel (great view) with Black out curtains

- 3 Drawer Chest (empty for the guest)

- Large storage room where you can hang your clothes and store your suitcases

- Full length mirror

“What a Find! Highly Recommend.”
We stayed in April/May 2024 and loved this place and the host Cat so much, we're coming back again later this year. As other reviewers have said, it's a great location in the heart of North Williamsburg, close to subway and ferry, parks and a multitude of places to eat. But it's quiet! It's also extremely livable for two people, even though it's technically a loft. Cat has it set up so the bedroom area is visually separated from the very generous main living area. Both of us were very comfortable for the duration of our three-week stay. The host's housekeeper is extremely thorough, so the place is cleaner than most hotel rooms, honestly. Cat, the host, is one of the nicest people I've never technically met. She's very detail-oriented and professional, very responsive, and just really kind.

This was truly a home away from home on my 10 day stay in Williamsburg. Cat was super responsive, always answering questions despite a time difference as she herself was on a trip on the other side of the world! Her recommendations were spot on, and her apartment lovingly decorated. It was even better than the photos and we had a great stay, and feel we have a new friend in Brooklyn!

This is a tranquil family building mostly family so you will get to experience real Williamsburg living. This charming loft in a former factory has all modern amenities & is located on the quietest street in Williamsburg! I am looking for someone who will be a low key as a guest, no parties or anything that would disturb my lovely neighbors with children.
