The place was clean and good price. I would just inform others that it can be noisy if people are renting upstairs area. Also if you are over 5’ 10” you will have to duck under a couple of doorways since they didn’t make them that tall back in the day. Otherwise, good value, location, and clean.

This was the perfect little spot for me during Jubilee days. It was close enough to walk to all the downtown activities and still feel safe to walk at any time day or night. It was very quiet even though it is only one block away from one of the busiest streets in Laramie. I had everything there that I could need during my visit. I was even pleasantly surprised to find a fan and iron available, and I did use them both. The owner has really thought of everything. If parking in back, be aware that bushes on each end of the ally could potentially scratch a vehicle.

This was a great little place for my first time using Airbnb. Eve had great communication. The bed has a mattress heater which was super awesome and I'm sure would be super great in the winter. The only downside is you do hear noises from upstairs, I was lucky the first few days of my stay but my last night was horrible with people stomping around and knocking things over at 2 am.

It is conveniently located within walking distance of downtown Laramie and the University of Wyoming. All necessary household accoutrements were provided onsite (towels, dishes, appliances, cleaning equipment) and the heated mattress pad provided an extra touch of comfort. Eve was a top-notch host, and I will absolutely be recommending the rental to others.
