Sunny Days Tiny House is our newly renovated studio that’s cozy yet capable of comfortably accommodating up to 2 people. Despite being only 280sqft, it has everything you need—from a private entrance, full kitchen, living/dining area, queen bed, to a large wardrobe for all your dazzling outfits. It’s privately nested towards the back of a large-sized property in the prestigious, highly sought-after suburb area next to the country club and easy access to major freeways (10, 57, 605, 60).

This studio will make you feel prepared for everything that Los Angeles, San Bernardino, and Orange County have to offer! It’s perfect as a romantic couples getaway, or a hub for you to relax after a fun day at Disneyland, Universal Studios, Knott’s Berry Farm, Santa Monica, DTLA, etc. Whether it’s a couples vacation or a business trip, we have your comfort and safety as our top priority!

As you arrive, please be mindful that you’ll have to pass 15 steps of stairs before you reach the entrance to the guesthouse (as shown in the photos). Make sure you’re comfortable with stairs and some walking. We are animal lovers so there are 2 corgis and a few chickens on the property. For the safety of our animals, we regret that we cannot accept any other pets.

Situated on a quiet cul-de-sac, with convenient access to the freeway, gyms (LA fitness, planet fitness), supermarkets, Target, IKEA, Porto’s, movie theaters, plenty of restaurants and stores, and a country club! There are many hiking trails and parks nearby.
