Beautifully remodeled 1700 sq ft end-unit townhome in the heart of Avon with private 1-car garage that comfortably sleeps 6 adults. Recently added Central Air Conditioning to keep you comfortable during warm summer months. Hardwood floors throughout. 3 minute walk to free skier shuttle. Steps away from Nottingham Lake, restaurants and shopping. 3bed/3bath including a gas fireplace, and 2 private balconies. Perfect for small groups or 2 families.
*NOTE that unit has 3 levels, with the main level on the 2nd floor and master on the 3rd floor.
Comfortably sleeps 6 adults. Can hold up to 8 people if 4 of the 8 are children (please message me if you would like to book for more than 6 people).
Located in a small complex, you can peacefully enjoy your mountain getaway while only sharing a wall with one other unit! With a bedroom and a bathroom on each floor, guests are able to spread out, while all gathering together in the beautiful kitchen and living room.
1st floor
The entrance to our home is located on the first floor of the property. You can access via the front door and the garage (please see below for detailed parking information). The first bedroom and en-suite bathroom are located on the first floor. This bedroom has a full size bunk bed and a twin trundle that pulls out from the bunk bed. Park your car in the garage and avoid scraping off the snow, plus there is plenty of room to store your skis or bikes in the garage! No need to haul them up and down stairs each day.
2nd floor
On the second floor you will find the main living space as well as the second bedroom and bathroom. Our kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need to cook a full meal during your stay. The dining table seats 6, with 4 additional spots at the kitchen counter. Relax in our cozy living room with a gas fireplace and watch your favorite movie or sports team on our 65” TV equipped with cable and a Blu-Ray player. We have a balcony off of the living/dining room with an outdoor dining set and gas grill for your convenience. The second bedroom has a queen size bed.
3rd floor
The master bedroom and bathroom are located on the third floor. King size bed, double sinks, and private balcony.
All bedrooms have TVs with DVD players (no cable in bedrooms), closets, and plenty of dresser space so you can unpack and feel at home during your stay.
Sleeping arrangements: 3rd floor master bedroom: king bed sleeps 2; 2nd floor: queen bed sleeps 2; 1st floor bedroom: 2 full size mattresses (bunk bed) sleeps up to 4 children, 1 twin trundle sleeps 1 child.
Parking: We have 2 parking spots for our unit as outlined: 1. We have a private attached garage that holds 1 car. 2. You can park 1 car in the driveway. Note that there is no additional public overnight parking anywhere in Avon (free or paid). If your group will have more than 2 vehicles, please consider booking elsewhere as we will not be able to assist in overnight parking for more than 2 vehicles.

Leave your car at the unit and take the free town shuttle to Beaver Creek or connect at Avon Station to take the Eagle County bus to Vail (small bus fare to Vail). Should you choose to drive, it is an 8 minute drive to the Beaver Creek ski area and 11 minutes to the Lionshead parking lot in Vail.

We are unable to host any animals, including assistance animals. Please do not set AC below 70 degrees. Doing so will freeze the AC. If the unit gets frozen during your stay, the guest will be responsible for any repair costs.
