Seaside is FULL of life and Sunburst Beach House is only 1½ blocks (650 steps!) from the Promenade, the Great Pacific Ocean, and the vast Seaside sandy beach. Just minutes, an easy walk, is the town with its antiques, souvenirs, bakeries, restaurants, candy shops, and the Seaside Outlet Mall. Our younger guests can enjoy a wide range of board games and puzzles and don't forget to hold a family game of ping-pong. Evenings will make the day even better as you feast in the spacious kitchen and patio, both are perfect for lively conversations while cooking your gourmet meal or simply enjoying takeout from one of the many fine local restaurants. A lovely getaway!
My family joined my son and his family from out of town and this couldn’t have been a better home to share the week together! We didn’t get out much due to quite a big storm blowing through but the home is a very short walk to the prom/beach and a few blocks to Main Street in downtown Seaside. We drove due to the weather but it would have been an easy walk. The home itself was beautiful, very spacious and impeccably clean. The kitchen is large and well stocked and the large dining room table was the best spot for hours of card playing and laughter. Check in/out and communication with Suzanne was easy and stress free, she was so kind and very helpful. The beds were cozy with high quality sheets and blankets. Bathrooms were nice and stocked with essentials. The backyard was big enough for our large dog to wander around and sniff new smells. It was also stress free being fully enclosed. We attempted the fire pit but the rain would not let up! The hot tub was relaxing and clean. Can’t say enough good things about this home. We would highly recommend this home for large gatherings. Hoping to rent again soon!

Fabulous time
We had 3 generations at this house ! We had our grandkids up to Seattle and met with the parents at Seaside. Excellent home, lots of things to do for the beach or just hanging around the house. Spacious home, great kitchen and comfy living space. Would recommend this house to anyone. Walking distance to everything. Thank you for the special memories.

Fully loaded beach home!
The Sunburst Beach House made our weekend vacation with another family so enjoyable! The entire property, inside and out, was very well maintained and updated. The layout of the home, all on one floor, allowed for space and quiet areas for kids. The kids and adults particularly loved the N64 and the classic games from the parents youth! The hot tub was new and very clean. Everything in the house worked well. The beds and bedding felt new and of high quality. We made several meals and the kitchen was fully stocked with every cooking utensil a chef could imagine. We loved the simple instructions in the house binder, and located in each room, for TVs, heat, fireplaces, hot tub, etc etc etc. The backyard is private and very cozy. It was a wet weekend and there were loads of board games to play during the day and evenings.

Did I mention the location? It is a perfect spot in Seaside just two blocks from the beach and about a five minute walk to Broadway. The location of the house is in a quiet and calm neighborhood, but is also close enough to all the action in downtown Seaside.

Check out was simple and easy. When we return to Seaside, we will definitely be staying at the Sunburst Beach House again!

Comfortable and spacious home just blocks from everything
This is a beautiful well maintained property with a spacious fenced yard. Checking in and out were very simple. The inside is well furnished, bright, spacious, and has all of the amenities that will keep kids and adults happy. The location is perfect. It is one block to the beach and 7 blocks to the center of town. We brought our dog and he loved the fenced yard. The house was very clean and had plenty of towels for a large group. The hot tub worked perfectly and was a hit with our kids. The two car garage is also very nice for keeping your car safe and off the street. We will definitely come back to this house in the future!!
