(NOTE: 5-FLOOR WALKUP) This sunny private room with a PRIVATE BALCONY is in a 2BR apartment in prime WILLIAMSBURG. The location is unbeatable, with only a 10-minute walk to the 'Bedford Ave' station on the L train, and the 'Marcy Ave' station on the J/M/Z trains.

The waterfront and Domino Park are a 5 min walk from the building. There are numerous cafes, boutiques, and Michelin-star restaurants within a 1 block radius (Meadowsweet, Francie), brick oven pizza (Motorino), and the list goes on!
This room is in a super sunny 2BR in PRIME WILLIAMSBURG. The room has it's own private balcony with views of the Williamsburg bank. It has gorgeous, windowed french double doors at the entrance. There is a full size memory foam sofa bed in the bedroom that doubles as both a couch for watching tv and a bed for sleeping.

The apartment has a full, eat-in kitchen with a gas stove and all the utensils you'll need to feel at home. The dining table comfortably seats 2 people.

The bathroom has a full tub for baths and gets direct sunlight all day.

Host: Mike is a great host. Warm and welcoming and very accommodating. Really good at communication. He was very open to giving suggestions. I had a lot of things already planned so I was ok on that front. Room and Apartment: The apt is very clean and well maintained. My room was perfect for me as a solo traveler. I think a couple could make it work just be prepared for a tight fit. If visiting in the summer/hot weeks, I'd recommend leaving the door to your room open during the day. The AC is centered inthe apt well and if you leave your room closed can lock you out of the circulating air. Location: The place is exceptional in this regard. I was spending a lot of time in Greenwich Village and Manhattan overall. The L is a shot walk away to the North and was a virtual straight shot to where I was going. The M was also close by and was a good alternative. Williamsburg has a lot of activity and things to see. I felt safe walking out at night.

There is a desk and chair in the bedroom specifically for this purpose. - Please, try to keep noise to a minimum after midnight on weekdays. - Please, only eat food in the fridge that is yours. - Please, only use the toiletries in the bathroom that are yours. - No candles or open flames in the apartment In general, if staying in the apartment as a shared space, please treat the stay as a roommate arrangement and be courteous and conscientious.
