By booking this reservation, you agree to the additional policies, terms, and conditions below. UNIT SPECIFIC TERMS - Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. - We love dogs, but unfortunately Summit Vista's HOA does not allow them in this home. - The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation. - All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. - If early check-in is available for your reservation, you will be notified on the morning of your arrival by email. Late check-out is offered whenever possible. - No smoking of any kind is permitted anywhere on the premises. - No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property. Tents or other structures may not be erected. - Renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy. - Due to local laws, regulations, or Homeowner Association rules, guests may be required to agree to additional terms of service. PARKING: There is free parking for 1 vehicles. There is 1 parking space allotted for this unit, marked 6B-2. There are additional parking spots down Summit Vista Rd, which are unmarked. Additional overflow parking is available on the right side of the street, at the top of the hill, just prior to reaching the dedicated spots on Summit Vista Rd. The snow plows use this overflow lot to turn around in the Winter, so please do not park there if snow is expected. A visitor parking pass is required, and will be available for you upon arrival. Visitor parking is first come, first served. OCCUPANCY: Please do not exceed the maximum number of people allowed at any time. EVENTS: Weddings, gatherings, parties or other events are not allowed at Summit Vista. TRASH: Bear Alert! Do not leave trash or food in the car or outside of the home. The cleaning team will pick up your trash at the end of your stay. If you need a pick up beforehand, please call us.
