Kat and Skips place was perfect. It was very cozy and clean. The location was perfect. It was just around the corner from a friends condo. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a cozy place to stay. I may be back later this winter!!

Nice place. Nothing fancy but had all the amenities required. A big plus to have access to the resorts pools and private beach on Lake Bellaire. Lots of restaurants close by. Very quiet. Tons of parking. I would stay again.

Kat and Skips place is located in a resort area and the availability of swimming pool a nearby coffee place is a plus. We had a pretty view out our window. I only stayed 2 nights and for visiting family in the area was fine. The furnishings aren’t stylish but the place was very clean which is more important to me. All in all a very satisfactory stay.

This was the perfect spot for a quick weekend getaway! We loved that we were able to bring out dog. The kitchenette appliances, coffee, and smart TV made for a great stay, and the location is perfect whether skiing or just enjoying Bellaire! We would definitely stay again!

Great cozy accommodations. Beautiful view from the balcony. A relaxing and serene getaway. The Restaurants and bars nearby serve really great food and sometimes have live music. And the beach pass that is included as part of the stay is an absolute must to go visit. Beautiful

Great location right in Shanty Creek Village next to the golf course - pet friendly as a bonus! Kat & Skip communicated all of the amenities perfectly, and we had everything we needed - including shuttle service into Bellaire! Highly recommend - clean, safe and beautiful surroundings! Nice restaurant/bar in the condo area within walking distance as well.

We are a NW Michigan couple who love to ski, hike, golf and fish. When we are lucky enough to get away from Traverse City, we try to spend our time at Shanty Creek, in Bellaire, MI. When we can't be there, we we want someone else to enjoy our condos. That's where our guests come in. We aren't trying to get rich. We just want some help with the maintenance cost, without the headaches of a timeshare. We are also dog friendly and often bring our four legged furry friends with us. See you at the Lake View!
