Wall Street Suites is a new micro suite fashioned from what was once the citys water department. Large water pipes and old meters decorate the halls of this newly remodeled attraction. Just a hop, skip and jump from East Campus (Neely, Mae Smith & Schneider Halls).

The Suite Includes:

* Fully furnished queen bed
* Smart TV for streaming
* Fully furnished kitchen with apartment sized refrigerator, stove, microwave, spices, cookware and complimentary coffee
* Newly renovated bathroom with shower

Lobby Area:

* Multiple seating arrangements for guests
* Urban chic design that will have you making remodeling plans in your own place!

More Information About the Building:
*Check in is after 3PM. Check out is before 10AM.
* A rental agreement is required.
* Small (slow) elevator is available during business hours Monday-Friday. Suites are located on the 3rd floor.
* Access during all times is through stairwell (currently getting remodeled)
* Other building tenants include Growing Media Marketing (catch a live filming!) and Fager-McGee Construction (building owner)

We built these cabins in 2017 after a great experience hosting guests on our 50 foot motor yacht on Kentucky Lake. We loved chartering, but decided to find a way to bring our love of our own experiences closer to home. Our goal is to finish with 5-6 cabins and a large pavilion for gathering space.
