This lake home features a wrap around deck & screen porch overlooking a beautiful view of the lake. Set on Sugar Creek, the home is less than 1/4 mile from the public boat ramp, a convenience store and marina for all your boating needs, including fuel.

Sleeping areas can be found on all three (3) levels of the home with plenty of beds to accommodate those large family gatherings . The Master Bedroom and Bath is located on the top floor of the home offering guests plenty of privacy.

In addition to all the indoor space, the deck and screen porch offers you a great place to enjoy morning coffee, outdoor dining, play games and/or curl up to read a book. This property has a max dock on deep water and plenty of room to tie up multiple boats. Kayaks are also available to explore the lake and/or fish the shallows.

So whether youre visiting for a family vacation, a weekend getaway, a girls trip or go fishing and/or play golf.... this is a great place for you to enjoy your time and make some great memories!

Our properties have electronic door locks on the main entrance. You will receive a 4-digit access code within 24-hours of your check-in time.

Check Out: 11AM

Minimum age limit for renters: 25

The Primary Renter (booking the reservation) must be at least 28 years of age and accompany other guests and stay at the property during the rental period.

Maximum occupancy: 10

Maximum of 10 Adults per stay or 6 Adults + 5 Children

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel within the first 48 hours of booking for a full refund minus processing fees.
Should you cancel outside of 30 days prior to you arrival, you will receive a refund minus booking and processing fees. Any cancellations within 30 days of your arrival date will not receive a refund. Should a documented emergency arise and the need to cancel/change the reservation dates, we will work with you to reschedule your trip. A 10% rebooking fee may apply.
