48 m2. More information by the provider: The house Südlenz is centrally located on the Riederalp, just a few minutes' walk from the valley station of the cable car. In winter, it is directly on the ski slopes, not far from the meeting point for ski school and the children’s lift. Restaurants, sports shops and shopping opportunities are easily accessible on foot. In summer, the house offers ideal conditions for hiking in the Aletsch forest or to the glacier. The nearby golf course is also easily reachable. The host family, who are actively involved in mountain sports, lives in the house and is happy to provide advice.
The 2 1/2-room apartment is suitable for 1 to 4 people and offers a separate sleeping area as well as a living area with a kitchen and two foldaway beds. The south-facing balcony provides an unobstructed view of the Valais four-thousanders. The apartment is well-maintained and very clean, equipped with Wi-Fi, satellite TV, an elevator, a shared washing machine and dryer. In winter, a locked ski room with a modern boot drying facility including disinfection is available. In summer, a sunbathing lawn with a barbecue area invites relaxation. It is a non-smoking apartment.
