Subtropical Stunner-King bed & bikes! Central Air! - Hilton Head Island

New Renovation for 2022! Incredible ocean views from this 3rd floor condo! Centrally located in Seaside, just steps to the beach and walking distance to shops, restaurants, and entertainment. Villa features a King bed in the bedroom and new Queen sleeper in the living area, a full kitchen and a walk in shower. The entire condo was gutted and rebuilt! 2 beach chairs and 2 beach bikes are included. This villa is open concept so there is not a door between the bedroom and living room. My wife, Kendall, and I live on the island about 10 min away. We own several units in the building and manage several others for out of town owners. We are available if needed or for any recommendations. Can only occupy 1 parking spot. There are spots under the building that can hold 2 vehicles, but all parking is 1st come. Only 1 parking permit will be issued, don't block anyone in.
