Welcome to our stunning 2-bedroom, 2-story Soma bay villa boasting a panoramic sea view and charming terrace. With comfortable living areas, fully-equipped kitchen complete with dishwasher, and cozy bedrooms this getaway has all the essentials. Soak in the breathtaking vista on the terrace.

This villa is close to the community heated pool, and to the luxurious Cascades Spa and golf course. It is a few minutes golf cart drive away from the Marina where you will find shops and restaurants.

The villa is two floors with a fully equipped kitchen and dining area. The living room is adjacent to a spacious terrace which is ideal for tanning or taking in the splendid sea views. The bedrooms are on the lower floor, with the master bedroom complimented with floor to ceiling east facing windows with a gorgeous sea view.

Guests can freely access Scape Visitor's Beach, Mesca Beach (7-10 minutes by car or golf cart) & infinity pool which is a short walk away.

This villa is located in the Wadi Jebal neighborhood of Soma bay. It is neighboring the Cascades Hotel & Spa as well as the Soma bay golf course. There is a heated pool a short walk away, and the marina is 5 minutes away by golf cart. Be sure to ask about our golf cart rental!

There is free parking right behind the villa. Everything is about a 10 minute walk away. The best way to get around in Soma bay is by golf cart.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Salma’s place. It felt right at home, the place is incredibly nice and super clean. The view is amazing. Everything went very smooth with the check in and out. Ahmed and Salma are very nice and super friendly😍 I’m definitely going back ASAP 😍

Salma’s place was so gorgeous and it was in pristine condition. The view is so stunning. It is a quiet place so you can chill on the sun-bed and just watch the blue sky. The house is extremely well decorated. Great taste for interior design. They have more stuff in the kitchen than i have at my home to be honest. You can live there like you are in your place. The wifi was not working when i arrived. I contacted the host and a new router box was delivered to my house in an hour. How great that is! Always responsive, always caring. I loved staying in Salma’s place. I would definitely recommend staying there because i will definitely come back!

Ahmed was very responsive and hospitable. The place was beautiful, with everything you may need for a stay that feels like home not at a rental. You can tell the place is lived in; everything is maintained really well, with a fully equipped kitchen, cozy rooms, and lots of board games and books in the family room. Ahmed was kind enough to give us access to his Soma Bay app which allowed us to easily access all the beaches. My group and I had a wonderful time and will definitely be back soon!

The apartment is outstanding and everything from bedsheets and towels to cupboards and fridge is super clean. The host was so welcoming, always assisted us in everything we needed and we were delighted to have booked here! Definitely not the last time we stayed at this place. 11/10 stars!
