Welcome to Sweet Hideaway on Oak Island! Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located ranch home. The house has 3 bedrooms (4 beds) and 2 full baths PLUS an outdoor shower.

Also included are beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards and a gorilla cart to take everything you need for a fun day at the beach.

Direct beach access- .7 miles to the beach or 1 block to the ICW. We are walkable (.5 miles) to Middleton Park and the splash pad!Linens are included with this rental.

Pack n play will also be provided.

Kitchen is fully stocked. One paper towel roll and toilet paper will be provided.

House also includes a full sized washer and dryer for rental use.

New tankless hot water installed in 2022.

This house is super cute and so comfortable and the decor is so fun and cheerful! Heather is awesome at communicating and very responsive! We were visiting to show friends around the island who had never been and it was a perfect, central location. So close to the beach, restaurants, Publix, Middleton Park and the Intercoastal Waterway. The living area was perfect for two couples, plenty of room to relax on the couches and seating at the table. We enjoyed coffee on the screened in porch in the morning. The beds were very comfortable, fans in every room and plenty of towels and blankets were provided. The home was very clean, the kitchen was well-appointed, although we only cooked breakfast there. We rented a golf cart for the weekend, which was super-convenient for getting around the island. We would definitely stay here again!

Such a cute little house! We have been going to Oak Island for years now, but our usual stay is no longer available. Thankfully, we found Heather's place and it was perfect! The kitchen is absolutely beautiful and we really enjoyed the screened in porch as well. Heather is also a wonderful host; very communicative and helpful! Thanks for a great trip!

Heather was a great host ! Very easy to get in contact with . She responded quickly . The house was pretty . But we honestly don’t feel it was a big enough house for 4 adults and 5 kids . We felt very crammed . Rooms and bathrooms were super small ! Felt like we didn’t have much privacy since all the rooms were on one side of the house. One thing that was odd is none of the beds were made , we had to put the sheets and pillows on . We did love that they provided beach chairs and a wagon ! That was awesome. Also we had everything we needed in the kitchen .

House Rules
Please treat the house as you would your own home. Do not leave food out or doors open. The ants are horrible on the island! No smoking. No pets. No parties or events. Check-in is anytime after 4:00PM.
Payment Policy
Payments will be made through Stripe.
Refundable Damage Deposit
Damages will be assessed during the check-out clean process; no later than 3 days after departure and prior to the next guest check-in.
Cancellation Policy
Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.
