First of all, the host is very nice and very responsive to communications. The house itself is cute, parking is good (in private driveway). It was very clean. Looked like the photos. The neighborhood is fairly run down and looks a little "sketchy" but we didn't have any problems or feel unsafe (although I definitely wouldn't walk around at night). We could not get the coffee machine to work, had bought pods so that was sad and although there were cooking implements, plates, glasses, etc. there wasn't any oil or seasonings at all :( Very short supply of toilet paper, no tissues either and for a house that sleeps up to 12, it could maybe use a few more towels. We had to buy some detergent(there is a washer and dryer but they didn't have any detergent) and wash some towels for the 7 days we were there to keep clean towels. I hate to not say it was great, but I give it a good!

Jonathan was extremely accommodating and very responsive! I had my family stay at Jonathan's Airbnb for my wedding weekend. He was flexible with early check-in and allowed us to extend our stay. Neighborhood was safe, but a little bit of an eyesore. They overall enjoyed their stay and he was very quick to respond to any questions/concerns.

This townhome is a great spot for big numbers ideally who will just use the space for sleeping and going out about town in the day. Jonathan is super responsive and attentive and the home is neatly kept so that is very appreciated. The neighborhood (street) is a bit on the sketchy side but we didn't have an issue with that for our travel purposes.
