From the outside, you'll see a large, two-story, hundred-year-old home.

You'll wake-up in a super comfy bed -- either King or Queen sized, depending which room you choose :-) -- on the main floor of a century-old home, in a safe neighbourhood, next to a historic church & among some other really beautiful, large historic high-end homes.

Once inside, you'll be able to feel its history & character, while also enjoying a space that has been recently gutted, renovated, painted, decorated and of course regularly cleaned.

One of the best features is that in the early afternoon, sunlight comes in through the window of the living room, creating a warm, comfortable glow throughout the entire space.

The locality was beautiful but coming to airbnb the plug points were not working and the ac is not working and some rooms were not cleaned properly. Rest apart the communication with host was good

This rental was very clean and close to Niagara Falls. The bathroom shower fills with water and the ac doesn’t circulate well in the bedrooms. Other than that it is a very good location and a decent deal.

We had really enjoyed staying at this place. It’s super close to Naigara go station and a quite one. Patio is not that much useful as it’s outside of the house and you have to go out to access patio area. But apart from that it’s really a peaceful place and Alex is super helpful and responsive. Amenities are quite good and you will find everything in your kitchen which you need. Alex also helped us to adjust our luggage even after checkout which allowed us to enjoy stress free evening. I would definitely recommend this one.

Overall bad experience… First, He doesn’t respond/communicate. I got my security codes for front door just 1 min before checkin that too after calling airbnb customer support. Secondly, the place was not at all clean. We found spiders under bedsheets along with hair. It felt like the sheets were not washed. Third, the bathroom drain was clogged. Honestly, it was literally clogged. Fourth, there was no sugar/ coffee in the kitchen. Fifth, The place was not very tidy. It was not worth spending that much money. I have had so many bookings with airbnb. But this was the worst experience ever. I hope the host works on it.

The location for this AirbNB was in the perfect area, it’s really walking distance if you wanted to walk to the falls and the festive areas. You can drive there and theres lots parking lots ranging from $5-20 a day parking. As for the AirBNb itself 2 of the rooms were smaller than we expected, the bathroom tub needs some updating and could be cleaner. Alex was responsive throughout my couple days there. There was a leak in the kitchen ceiling that was gonna be fixed but we checked out before it could be.

It’s a beautiful home with 3 fairly reasonable sized BRs, the beds were large and very comfortable. We found everything spotless and clean loved every minute of our stay in the house. Only short coming, we felt, was it’s distance to Clifton hill may be because we were a bunch of seniors😀. Strongly recommend this house for your stay.

I’m Alex Kazam, but my friends call me Kaz.

I’ve worn a lot of hats, and had the pleasure of experiencing some really incredible moments throughout my life;

My favorite so far is probably when I successfully unicycled over 700km (435 miles) riding from Niagara Falls, Ontario to New York City, New York to raise funds for a charity.

Outside of work, my days usually get filled with interests that range from piano, drums and fire breathing, to travelling, motorcycling, unicycling, and performing.
