Apartment 306 is a unique space which has just been renovated and redecorated. The style and decoration of the apartment is chic and stylish. It can fit up to 8 people in total.

The rooftop terrace is a highlight of this beautiful property. The terrace is the perfect space to relax at the end of a beach day. You will even find an outside rain shower.

The apartment is located in a residence called Las Palmas 243. The residence is very central and offers a swimming pool and a free parking.

WALKING - Within walking distance of the residence, you will find many of the highlights Playa has to offer. La Quinta is within 5 minutes and the beach within 10 minutes max.

GROCERIES - Within 2 minutes walking distance from the apartment you will find one the main supermarkets of Playa Del Carmen called MEGA. There you will find everything you need from groceries to home items.
