We are Dave & Arlene Stutzman, owners and managers of Stutzman Beach Cottage in Laguna Beach, Fl. In 2014 we finally realized our dream of owning a vacation home on the beach. We bought a foreclosed property in quiet single family neighborhood, and poured a lot of sweat and resources into turning it into our beach cottage. We completely remodeled it inside and out, completion in 2015. We have since been renting it outs as a vacation rental whenever we are not using it.

No pets over 35lbs, definitely none of the following breeds. Pit Bull Terriers, Staffordshire Terriers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Presa Canarios, Chows Chows, Doberman Pinschers, Akitas, Wolf-hybrids, Mastiffs, Cane Corsos, Great Danes, Alaskan Malamutes, and Siberian Huskies.

Payment Policy

Credit card through Square, PayPal and personal check. We do not accept cash, wire transfers, money orders or other forms of payment that don't verify identity of guests.

Cancellation Policy

If guests cancel within 30 days of arrival, we reserve the right to retain deposit. If guests cancel within 7 days of arrival, there will be no refund.
