Payment Policy

PAYMENT – A RESERVATION DEPOSIT equal to 50% (if outside of a 60day check in window)
is required within three (3) days of booking the reservation. The remaining balance is due
no later than thirty days (30) days before your arrival date, and the security deposit is due 3 weeks
before check in date. This Lease Agreement will be null and void if 50% deposit is not
received within (3) days after signing this lease agreement.

Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATIONS: A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation (and refunding of
previously paid deposits/advance payments in full). If cancellation occurs within the 60
day window, but before 30 days, half of the total deposits/advance payments will be
refunded. Cancellations or changes that are made within 30 days of the arrival date
(including all cancellations of reservations made less than 30 days prior to the arrival date)
will result in the forfeiture of the full advance payment/security deposit. Cancellation or
early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit. You may choose to
purchase travel insurance separately; see item number fourteen (14) of attached contract.

Notes

All Beach parking passes must be left at the rental home for the next guest.
If passes are not available for the next guest by check in time the security
deposit will be forfeited.

CHECK-IN TIME IS AFTER 4 P.M. ET AND CHECK-OUT NO LATER THAN 11 A.M. ET.
No early check-in or late check-out without prior approval from the owners.
