Davis lake is a small 5mph lake making it perfect for paddle boards and kayaks.

Getting around

Easily accessible, only one-half mile off of the highway. Paved road all the way to the home. Only about an hour drive from Spokane. For shopping and dining it's a short 22 minute drive to Newport, WA. it's about a half hour drive to 49° North Ski Resort, and 12 minutes to the Kalispell Cadino.

Queen bed, twin fold-away bed, and 2 cots available. For additional guests, ask about the on site travel trailer with a queen bed and smaller bed from converted table.

House Rules

Respect neighboring homes. Public lake access straight across from home. ALL docks are privately owned and not part of this AirB&B. Neighbors have friendly dogs but please your keep dogs on leash for safety.

Please if you must pee outside, pick a tree, please don't urinate near the house, especially under the covered areas.

Please do not smoke inside or near the doors. Utilize the outdoor seating area if you must smoke. Please pick up all cigarette butt's and dispose of properly. Take special caution to not allow any smoldering butt's anywhere it could cause a fire, especially during the dry season / burn ban season, extinguish in water or sand.

Do not leave any food outside or discard food scrapes anywhere outside (except in outside garbage can). This attracts unwanted animals and pests. Yes, bears have been sighted in the area before. Also, please do not dump out drinks anywhere near/around the home.

Washer/Dryer combo unit may be used for $5/load (charged after use/stay). It is pre-loaded with Tide Free and Gentle laundry soap and Downy fabric softener, just select the wash you want and start it. when finished, clothes feel slightly damp. After removing them, give them a fluff and they will feel dry. A dry only cycle can be run if you need extra drying time.

FALL / WINTER SEASON (November through March): The A/C unit is removed during the season. The outdoor furniture is removed from the outdoor sitting area for the season. If you want to sit outside, you may utilize the picnic table that is stored under the snow roof overhang.

The BBQ is not available during this season.
