Location, location, location! Wonderful 3-level townhome located in Stemwinder II. Steps away from Heisler Way, Easy Street, and the BRAND NEW Powder Monkey Lift! Gated parking. Wi-Fi. Washer/Dryer.

Rental Property Description

This delightful, centrally-located 4-bedroom townhouse will easily accommodate a large or multi-family mountain getaway. The main floor has a cozy living area and a large eat-in kitchen/den overlooking fantastic ski slope views and a private deck! The kitchen & dining area is open with a spacious floor plan for happy meal-time gatherings! Large dining table seats 8, and bar top counter seats 4. Warm up and relax by the wood-burning fireplace after a fun day on the slopes or trails. The kitchen features full-sized stainless steel appliances and plenty of cookware and dishes to prepare your own meals. Coffee drinkers will delight in having both a Keurig and 12- cup Mr. Coffee Pot. Microwave, crock-pot, and toaster are all provided. The main level also features a half bath. Upstairs there are three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. All bathrooms have hairdryers.

Upstairs, the bedroom and bathroom layout is as follows:
1. Roomy king bedroom with private full-sized ensuite bath.
2. Cozy queen bedroom with fantastic lake views
3. Bunk room with one set of bunks and a single twin
4. Full-sized shared hall bath

The lower level features a 4th bedroom with a king-sized bed, full bathroom, and an amazing game & TV room with a huge large deck overlooking the slope below! Walk along this lovely shared deck with direct access to the slopes!! This will be where the kids will want to hang out after a fun day of adventure!
The full-sized washer and dryer is also located on the lower level.

Ski/Bike In and Out access!

Stemwinder has the best location on the mountain. Centrally located, steps away from Heisler Way and just a short walk to the village and shuttle stops - it can't be beaten! Once you park in the private lot, you won't have to drive again during your stay! Firewood is provided.

It is a very nice ski in/ski out townhome. We loved the convenience of being slopeside. The kitchen is extremely well stocked with nice pots/pans/skillets. We had lots of space in the townhome and loved the location.

We really enjoyed our stay, even though the weather wasn't totally cooperative. Perfect amount of space for 7 adults and 2 kids. Property was a listed and we definitely appreciated the mud room. Plenty of room for our ski/board gear!

The place was great, plenty of space to serve 10 people. It is right next to the mountain so you can just walk a few feet and hop your skis on. Only things is the air mattress is pretty uncomfortable and there are only 2 parking spots in front of the condo so you will have to park in the main lot which could be packed. Outside of those 2 things it was a great spot and we enjoyed it a bunch!

We enjoyed our stay very much at Stemwinder. We felt like the price was very reasonable. We had seven adults in the house, which was very comfortable. It was clean. We loved the location at the top of powder monkey lift - so slope convenient for all ability levels. The kitchen was stocked and we took advantage of that and ate in for every meal. Lots of space for us to spread out, including gear. User information about the condo was clear and provided timely. At night a couple of the adults who slept slopeside could hear grooming machines, but otherwise everyone felt like we had a terrific visit in a lovely condo.

Our family enjoyed our stay. Great location and views. Super easy to hit the slopes, especially with kids. Plenty of space for 4 kids and 4 adults. The turn into the complex can be difficult at night, look for the igloo looking tent and you will find the small gate near it. We would definitely come back again!

We had a great time! This location was amazing. We walked right out to ski and members of our group could come back and go out whenever anyone got tired, for lunch, etc. The rental was so spacious and perfect size for two families. Everything was clean and worked. There were tons of kitchen items which made cooking every night very convenient. Couches and beds were cozy & comfy! One of the nice things about renting here is not having to go to Top of the World to check in. Last year we had a car sick kid and rented at a condo through snowshoe and that whole process took an hour. It was amazing to just swipe the card they had mailed and pull right into a private parking lot!
