BE IN THE HEART OF IT ALL! This villa is located on South Forest Beach within 10 minute walking distance of Coligny Plaza. The property is on the first floor of Seaside Villas where you can view the ocean from the balcony. Seaside Villas is a beautiful complex located about 75 yards from the beach and you don't have to cross the street to get to it. You can also enjoy the outdoor swimming pool, bbq grills and sun deck just steps from the villa's door.

RELAX AND UNWIND! Inside you will find a king-sized bed along with a queen-sized pull out sofa in the living area. Two TVs along with high speed Wi-Fi access are provided. There's plenty of storage for your belongings, as well.

PACK LIGHTLY! A washer and dryer INSIDE the villa is rare, and you'll have it all to yourself.

ENJOY THE WELL-EQUIPPED KITCHEN! Amenities such as coffee brewer, blender, toaster, microwave, range and dishwasher are a few of the kitchen amenities provided. Most of the kitchenware and cookware are brand new.

A great place to stay on Hilton Head Island! The condo was spacious for a studio, clean, and decorated nicely. AC unit struggled to reach all areas in the apartment is the only negative I would say.

Perfect place to stay on HHI. The location was convenient to get to the beach, restaurants, and stores. We didn’t need to drive anywhere. There are bike rentals a very short walk down the road also. My son loved the pool and short walk to the beach. The hosts were very responsive and helpful! We look forward to another stay in the future!

This was my husband and I's second time staying at Chad and Chrissy's place. It is exactly as described, very clean and enough space for the two of us. The king bed is a plus! We have a wonderful time staying here due to ease of access to the beach and proximity to Coligny Plaza. Chad and Chrissy's place provides wonderful, quality beach supplies and "household essentials" making the overall experience that much better. Check-in and check-out are so easy, another convenience factor. We love visiting Hilton Head Island and thankful for an amazing place to stay!

We had a great stay at Chad and Chrissy’s villa! The villa was clean and well kept and had all the amenities we could need - the washer/dryer was a huge plus. The villa is an easy short walk to the beach and there are beach chairs and umbrellas for your use. The villa was also close proximity (walking distance ~5-10 minutes) to Coligny Plaza which was great for places to eat and shop. We loved our time in Hilton Head and would happily stay here again!

Awesome location. It was a quick walk to the beach (the building is pretty much as close as you can be) and right next to the pool. I appreciate the Welcome Guide that Chrissy sent in advance and how responsive Chad was throughout our stay. They also provide all of your beach necessities (e.g., towels, chairs, toys, cooler). We didn’t end up using everything but it was nice to have all the options; it cuts down on items to bring or buy. Perfectly sized place for our family of three. Thank you for hosting us!

Check in at your convenience after 4pm. The gate code, entry door code and parking pass will be emailed within a week of your scheduled arrival. You will need to print the parking pass. If you would prefer, we can mail it instead.

House Rules
One gate fob, parking pass and door code will be mailed. If the gate fob is not returned within two weeks of your departure a $50 fee will be charged.
Refundable Damage Deposit
You will receive the damage deposit refund once the gate fob is returned by mail no later than 14 days from departure.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be in writing.
Cancellations made at least 60 days prior to arrival will incur no penalty.
Cancellations made within 60-30 days prior to arrival will receive a 50% refund and forfeit any applicable credit card fees.
Cancellations made less than 30 days will forfeit 100% of deposits and payments.
There will be no refund for early departures or no-shows.
