This spacious 3 bedroom/2 bath home is in a quiet neighborhood (just 10 minutes to Mickey's) and is so spacious! Enjoy an upgraded kitchen, a dedicated primary bath, modern decor, AND a private pool!

The home now has so many little touches to make it safe & comfortable for ASD families including window alarms (you turn them on), additional door security, blackout curtains, emergency lights, night lights, furniture anchors, & more!
Our home features 3 bedrooms (a king and 2 queens) and a pull-out sofa. Kitty’s Mouse Escape features all the comforts of home, high-speed internet, TV in the living room, dining room, and primary bedroom, heat, and air conditioning, dishwasher, full-sized washer/dryer, and a throwback Pac-Man machine. It’s located on a quiet cul-de-sac that is close to all the action while being quiet and tucked away.


We are also now Spectrum-Friendly for those ASD families, and you will find many little touches focused on safety first! There is also a basket of goodies containing items like noise-cancelling headphones for children (please return after use), fidget toys, and more! There is also a weighted blanket to help calm any anxieties after a day at a theme park.


Kitchen
The kitchen features quartz countertops and brand-new appliances, including a full-sized dishwasher. The kitchen is fully equipped including a coffee station for relaxing mornings and a blender for festive afternoons. The dining table comfortably seats 6 with room for 2 additional diners at the kitchen island.


Living Room
The living room will greet you when you first enter the house, and it is massive, with seating for 8, and includes a pull-out couch. It features a large TV and electric fireplace to take the chill off the rainy days.


Primary Bedroom
Our primary suite is large and bright with a king bed and a new Sealy mattress. It includes a large walk-in closet. The primary bathroom is attached and features a double sink and an extra large dual shower.


Charlotte’s Bedroom
Charlotte's Bedroom offers a splash of color in an otherwise muted world. Just like our girl, this room can be counted on to add a little pizazz to your stay. Plan to rest in the new Sealy queen bed with plenty of room for your home away from home wardrobe.


Kate’s Bedroom

Outdoor Space
You want Florida… we’re giving you Florida in our outdoor, covered, pool area. Enjoy our full-sized, inground pool with plenty of room to play or just float and relax. Drink your coffee in the mornings or designate it your happy hour space, this is one of our favorite spots and we know you’ll love it too.


There is so much about our area that we love, it would be impossible to list them all, but here are some of the highlights:

The Celebration Farmers Market- is held on Sundays from 10 am to 2 pm. Located in downtown Celebration and just 13 miles from our home.

Margaritaville features a vendor fair and car show on most Saturday nights from 4 pm to 11 pm. There is usually a DJ and plenty of options for dinner. Located 3 miles from our home.

Located just off 192, we are so close to all sorts of restaurants and shopping. As my grandmother used to say, "If it's not close by you don't need it".

Old Town Orland offers shopping, dining, attractions, and various events. It is 8.5 miles from our home. ‘

Hollywood Studios: 8.5 miles

Cute little ranch..extremely quiet cul de sac..you're on the road to disney in 2 minutes and on property within 10...perfect for a family visiting disney. Open space with all modern appliances. Pool isn't gigantic but it was nice to go into after a long day of walking in the parks. Comfortable beds. For the price the space and comfort offered beats disney hotels hands down. We would absolutely consider coming back on our next disney trip. I really can't think of anything negative about the house. Thank you again for hosting us and being so accommodating.

Loved this Airbnb! Lisa was very friendly and responsive. The home was spotless and beautifully decorated. Lots of space/seating in the living room. Large walk in shower in master bath. Easy access to Disney parks - about 15 to 20 minutes away. Close to lots of restaurants and shopping. Pool was clean and well maintained. Would definitely recommend and stay again!!!

The house was great - very roomy and very comfortable. The pool was clean and the surroundings were peaceful. The kitchen was very modern and the decorations were as well. My son loved the pool and the Pac-Man video game. The yard was perfect for our little dog. Beds were very comfortable. We had a hiccup with locking the door when we left, but Lisa was very quick to reply and help fix the situation. Would definitely stay there again!

Great place to stay. I absolutely loved the decor in each room. I already miss the place (and the comfy bed). Pool was nice and clean as well. I didn't do much cooking so I can't speak for the kitchen but all appliances were definitely brand new and cupboards had pans etc to cook with. I will definitely be booking here again next time I go to Kissimmee. Pacman game was a nice touch. Linda was proactive in communication and I didn't really need to reach out as she usually had already messaged me all the information I needed.

The AC did not work as designed throughout our stay. The rental Temps hovered around 85F plus inside. We were instructed by Airbnb to work with the host to resolve the AC issue, the filthy rental, and the poor maintenance of the property inside/out. The pool was filthy, especially the decking area, and at the bottom of pool. The linens were stained, towels were worn excessively and needed to be replaced. After three nights of "working" with the host and getting the runaround, we ended up leaving and going to another rental. We spent too much time reaching out to Airbnb and the host than needed. The rental was unsafe and unusable. We were misled by the host and received more excuses than a solution to the issues. The ceiling fan in one of the rooms was noisy and could not be utilized. The air vents were all packed with heavy dust. Crawling insects and lizard noticed in the rental. Threatened by host and harassed by neighbor. Garage off limits. Blinds broken. Undisclosed camera in use.

Response:This guest contacted me asking for a sizeable discount because she wanted to take her family to the theme parks. I had the time available so I made it work. Tiffany arrived late Saturday night and by Sunday morning I received a lengthy list of complaints including the garage being dirty (it's a garage), lizard in the house (this can happen if you leave to door open too long in Florida), and the toilet paper not tearing evenly (your read that right). I consulted other hosts who agreed it seemed a clear play for further discount or even a free stay after she stated on many occasions they had nowhere else to go. She offered to send pics of the issues listed but when I suggested she end the stay immediately she shifted her focus solely to the HVAC. The feels like temp that week was 115°. Upon checking with neighbors who agreed everyone's system was struggling to keep up, I called an HVAC tech anyway. He came twice during the stay. Both times doing just unit cleaning and found no real issues other than it's unusually and unbearably hot. After much torment, back and forth, and constant complaining, the guest ended the stay early but remained in our home, not leaving until I gave them 30 minutes to vacate before the sheriff came. I denied access to the garage as the stay had already gone terribly wrong and was very concerned that my home would be vandalized in some way, there is no surveillance in the garage and we couldn't see what may have been loaded in their car. We do have 1 Ring camera, which is a generally accepted practice in short-term rentals, it's clearly visible when you enter the home, it's for my protection and that of my guests. We have had a great group of guests with no complaints all summer, I guess one guest that can't be pleased out of the bunch is to be expected.

I denied access to the garage as the stay had already gone terribly wrong and was very concerned that my home would be vandalized in some way, there is no surveillance in the garage and we couldn't see what may have been loaded in their car. We do have 1 Ring camera, which is a generally accepted practice in short-term rentals, it's clearly visible when you enter the home, it's for my protection and that of my guests. We have had a great group of guests with no complaints all summer, I guess one guest that can't be pleased out of the bunch is to be expected.

Lisa was very responsive & prompt. The house description was exactly what it was & very clean… in minutes you’re on the main road with plenty of restaurants, stores, & activities to do with the family. I would definitely recommend this property!

First of all I would like to thank Suzanne and Lisa for being so amazing! They were so accommodating, and truly made me and my guests feel like we were at home. Kids loved the pool, plenty of games and activities at the home to play! Very thankful for our stay, we’d love to come back ❤️

We had a great stay. Lisa's place was beautiful and clean. It was also very close to Disney and that was helpful.
