Beautiful newly remodeled, coastal contemporary beach home! Spacious indoor living and lovely outdoor features including a private screened in lanai for outdoor hangouts and private backyard pool. This large, open-layout home is perfect for group getaways, with each bedroom curated for privacy and the main gathering spaces ready for up to 6 people. Let's go through each room in detail!

LIVING ROOM
Walk through the front door and be greeted by the comfortable, colorful, and spacious living room! The large sectional has plenty of comfortable seating for the whole family. The 60" Smart TV is loaded with Netflix, YouTube, and other apps for your viewing pleasure (no cable). We've added a Bluetooth Soundbar for the ultimate music and movie-watching experience. Plus, find games and books for entertainment.

LARGE KITCHEN
The open-concept main living area connects the living room to the kitchen and dining room. The kitchen features new stainless steel appliances. Fully stocked and loaded with all the kitchen gadgets for cooking meals at home, taking drinks out to the pool (no glass please), and barbecuing poolside.

DINING AREA
Though you have everything you need to cook up a feast at home, your kitchen is also a beautiful setting for bringing some of Tampa's famous food home! The spacious dining table has seating for 6 and sits right off the kitchen in your open-concept living space. Enjoy your own homemade food or order takeout from one of the city's many diverse restaurants.

PRIMARY BEDROOMS - KING-SIZED BEDS
Two spacious king bedrooms appointed with extra pillows and fresh linens, bedside nightstands with charging stations, and shades for privacy and sleeping in. Both bedrooms have mounted smart TVs for watching your favorite shows and movies from your bed! Closets with plenty of hangers as well as dressers in both rooms. King beds are ideal for stretching out and enjoying the luxury experience of waking up whenever you want on vacation!

THIRD BEDROOM
The third bedroom has two twin beds as well Smart flat-screen TV and dresser for clothing storage. Your kids will love the twin room, but it's also perfect for any friends, or anyone who doesn't like sharing the duvet!

FULL BATHROOMS
2 private bathrooms. Each bathroom showcases a luxurious finish with marble tile. We provide complimentary amenities for your stay (shampoo, conditioner, and body wash) as well as towels for the bathroom (and separate towels for the pool/beach).

OUTDOOR SPACE
The fenced-in large backyard is perfect for your furry friends (inquire about bringing your pet) and encompasses the screened-in lanai and heated pool. There is an outdoor shower on the side of the hose for washing after a day playing in the white sand at the beach.

SCREENED-IN BACKYARD LANAI
Enjoy time with friends and family, on the large covered and screened in, outdoor dining and lounge area. This is the perfect place to enjoy the amazing Southwest Florida weather and have a great night chatting over cocktails or a glass of wine. You can also dine outside in the open air - we've got an outdoor table plus comfortable seating for the whole family.

HEATED POOL
Soak up some sun and relax around the private backyard pool, with a view of the garden area and fruit trees. Enjoy the sun loungers, carribean gardens, and breathtaking sunsets from your very own backyard! Gas grill for poolside grilling. The pool can be heated upon request for a small nightly fee. Please inquire.

LAUNDRY
The home has a full-size laundry area with a washer and dryer.

PARKING
Park up to 6 cars in the circular driveway. The home has ROKU smart TV's and WiFi throughout.

EASY ACCESS TO EVERYTHING NORTH NAPLES
Walk to the Beach, Ritz Carlton or Mercato, for dining, shopping, and entertainment. This centrally located home makes the perfect retreat! When not at the beach, enjoying your large private home, take some time to enjoy the area's fine dining, shopping, and botanical gardens.

WORKING FROM HOME
High-speed internet for working from home - if you must - or watching your favorite streaming shows on all 4 TVs at the same time (if you must). Free wifi. Of course!

You'll have the entire property to yourself!

$20 per night extra charge to heat the pool (please ask).
$100 pet fee per pet (please ask if interested, 2 pet maximum). We ask that you please keep in mind that this is a residential area and there is a 10 pm noise ordinance at this residence. Please no added guests which are not already approved on the reservation. No Parties Allowed and No Smoking Allowed.

Desirable Naples Park is a residential neighborhood located West of 41/Tamiami Trail and very close to Vanderbilt Beach. Walkable to the Ritz Carlton, and if you want, to Mercato for upscale dining and shopping. Family friendly and safe. A car is recommended but technically not necessary. Short drive (3 mins) to the beach.

30 minutes from the RSW international airport in Fort Meyers. While a car is not necessary, you might find it helpful! Uber and Lyfts are also plentiful and we do have 2 beach cruisers, or you can walk to the beach and grocery stores, fine dining, shopping, etc. Great restaurants are a very short drive or 10-15 minute walk away!

CANCELLATIONS
The cancellation policy applies to all bookings. An additional $150 cancellation fee will be charged to cover credit card processing and admin fees on all cancellations.

RENTER'S AGREEMENT
A signed renter's agreement is required for all reservations, as well as a picture of a government-issued photo ID and a picture of your credit card used to book showing only the last 4 digits and your name. This is to prevent credit card fraud and is meant to protect you as the renter and us as hosts.

DEPOSIT
We require a $300 deposit for each reservation, which will be processed 3 days before your arrival. As long as there is no unexpected damage to the home, deposits are automatically refunded in full in 7 days.
