Regency West is nestled right in the heart of St Pete Beach, on Gulf Blvd. Regency West sits on the wide open waters of Boca Ciega Bay. Relax on the dock with a book or grab your fishing rod for some fishing! Regency West has a BBQ area, exercise room, and a large rec room with pool tables and dart boards for indoor game nights!. The grounds have lots of beautiful palm trees and two large heated pools.

Grab some friends and play some shuffleboard or sit around the outdoor fire table and have some laughs with new friends!

Our unit is located on the 3rd floor. 1145sf 2 bed, 2 bath. (2nd bedroom doubles as the Florida room) Features a full kitchen with separate dining area. Kitchen is fully equipt with everything you will need to feel like home!

Cozy up with a book in the Florida room during the day and at night pull down the queen size murphy bed for your guests. The Florida room has sliding glass pocket doors for added privacy.

The main bathroom is a full 3 piece with tub. Bedroom features a queen size bed with 1/2 bath en-suite & large walk in closet.
