Clean & spacious beach pad in Leucadia, the heart of Encinitas! This new home is a block from Grand View beach, steps from Leucadias best restaurants, & includes all the best amenities. This large home includes not one but TWO full kitchens & living rooms, in its split-level design, five apple TVs throughout, private two-car garage, three & a half baths, two bedrooms and a loft that sleeps two, a west facing balcony with a barbeque, & a large roof top patio for lounging & watching the sunset!
SUMMARY
GROUND LEVEL (living room + bedroom + bedroom + full bathroom)
As you drive down towards the home youll see the beautiful new condos, as you smell the ocean air! Off the main front entry are two levels to choose from - down to right is ground level, and up to the left is the main level. Ground level provides queen bedroom with brand new 55 UHD TV with Apple TV, living room (OPTION TO BE BDRM ground level), full size washer and dryer and full kitchen. This part of the home has an optional separate entrance.
SECOND LEVEL (Master Suite, Large Kitchen, Dining, Main Living Room, +powder room, pantry+wine fridge)
From the main entrance up to the left is the main living area, which contains the large master suite with 65 UHD with Apple TV, large bathroom with separate from shower large tub, and a spacious closet. Adjacent to the master suite is the brand new kitchen with large island. Kitchen features brand new appliances. The main living room is off of the kitchen, which includes west facing balcony for enjoying the sunset, and a 77 UHD TV with apple TV. Lastly, there is a powder room and a large pantry that includes a wine fridge. Dining table has option to expand to accommodate six people.
THIRD LEVEL (Loft with queen sleeper sofa + roof top deck)
This spacious loft can act as a third bedroom, as it comfortably sleeps two people, and has its own full bathroom, as well as 55 UHD TV with Apple TV. Off of the loft is the roof deck, perfect for sunset cocktails!

House Rules
1. Parking only permitted inside the units garage (2 Spaces) and on the public street. No driveway or subterranean garage parking at any time. Parking along the fence is prohibited and will result in your car being towed at owner’s expense.
2. PETS - one small dog allowed. When requesting a booking you must inform owner of the pet's breed and size. All pet waste must be picked up and discarded of. Any damage to home as a result of pet being present will be billed at time of check out.
3. No parties, commercial events or special events allowed. This includes any type of an unruly gathering in or around the home.
4. No smoking anywhere in the unit or on the HOA property.
5. No hanging of towels, swimsuits, laundry or anything else over the railings, fences, or walls.
6. Make sure to turn off lights, air conditioning, and any electronics when you leave the house. Don't forget to close the windows and lock the doors.
7. Report any damages and/or breakages in a reasonably timely manner. Damages exceeding the security deposit amount must be paid by guests and will be reported to Airbnb.
8. Please wash all dishes, and throw out the garbage in the cans in the garage before checkout
9. Noise to be kept at a minimum prior to 8am and after 9pm.
10. $50 fee for lost garage door opener
11. It is your responsibility to determine if home is suitable for your child/children. There is no child proofing, and you assume all responsibility for child when you book this home.
