We have created a simple but open and bright space to relax while you explore everything the area has to offer . Or if you simply want to escape and play in the pool while also having a work from home space, we have that too. We love our Florida getaway and hope you do too!
The space
Weve updated the home to give it a boho, old world Florida feel with modern amenities like a nest and a work from home area. We can also heat the pool for an additional $20/day on request!

The whole house except the master closet as this is the owners closet . I have supplied a wardrobe hanger and the other two closets have ample space.

House Rules

All bookings must provide a copy of government issued ID (ex. Driver's license/passport) and signed rental contract to complete reservation. No shoes please. No parties. No smoking or vaping anywhere inside or near doors outside. Six people max unless previously approved for more. Absolutely no glass near or in the pool, no diving and please keep a watchful eye on children. Also, please clean and turn off BBQ after use.

Payment Policy

Full payment due 30 days before arrival.

Refundable Damage Deposit

Security deposit refunded within 7 days of check out with no damage reported.

Cancellation Policy

Guests that book less than 28 consecutive days will receive a full refund for cancellations made greater than or equal to 30 days before check-in OR within 48 hours of booking confirmation. 50% refund for cancellations made fewer than 30 days and at least 8 days before check-in. No refunds for cancelations less or equal to 7 days before check-in.

Guests that book greater than or equal to 28 consecutive days will receive a full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking confirmation. Refunds for all other cancellations will be 66% of all remaining days after the first 30.
