We have created a simple but open and bright space to relax while you explore everything the area has to offer . Or if you simply want to escape and play in the pool while also having a work from home space, we have that too. We love our Florida getaway and hope you do too!
The space
We've updated the home to give it a boho, old world Florida feel with modern amenities like a nest and a work from home area. We can also heat the pool for an additional $20/day on request!

Guest access
The whole house except the master closet as this is the owner's closet . I have supplied a wardrobe hanger and the other two closets have ample space.

Great house, great stay!
The house has everything you could need and then some. Location close to shopping, site seeing. Manatees! Quiet neighborhood, friendly neighbors. Lauren was always responsive to any question we had. Highly recommend!

Lauren is amazing! Her house is in a great location only an hour away from Tampa and Clearwater. Having a pool is a huge bonus. The house was super clean with all the essentials and necessities that even allowed us to cook our own breakfasts! Its very cozy and feels like homey :) Lauren responds quick and communication is easy. She even overnighted us an iron and an ironing board when asked for one ! Will definitely visit again and highly recommend !!!! 👌

The home was just as the listing showed even more amazaing in person! The home was beautiful an spacious and super clean!!! Best place ive stayed in so far beautiful quite area and The host is just as amazing she was very attentive with any questions or needs we may have had but we didnt need for anything! We cant wait to go back in the summer!

I booked this home for my mom and niece to be able to spend some time with my sister who is going through a serious medical illness . Lauren was more than accommodating with any special requests that my mom had. She never hesitated to help my mom as much as she could. Lauren made a difficult visit so comfortable. I can’t say enough of how much we all appreciate your hospitality in your beautiful home. I will be booking this again

We stayed here for our trip to Weeki Wachee Springs, and it was the perfect location for us because it was right down the street from the park (less than 10 mins away). The house was very nicely decorated and had plenty of space for our party of 6, we had everything we needed. Loved being able to come home from the springs and jump in the pool. Would definitely recommend for you trip to Weeki Wachee!

Lauren's place is truly the best Airbnb we have stayed in so far. The home was super clean and we felt very welcome with the helpful notes, snacks and cold bottle of wine in the fridge! The home's remote work setup allowed my husband to check in with work and complete classwork for his IT certification. Wifi worked well, and there was even a monitor, keyboard and mouse to hook up to the laptop. Although we were in town to meet up with family and spend a day at Weeki Wachee Springs park, the kids had the best time in the pool which was clean on arrival with toys and floats, even life vests for the youngest. The house is centrally located, within 10-20 minutes from attractions, but in a quiet subdivision so you feel at home. Lauren was very quick to respond to questions before and during our stay, and even after we forgot something and had to return to the house. We loved it and hope to return for another stay in the future.

Absolutely no glass near or in the pool, no diving and please keep a watchful eye on children. Also, please clean and turn off BBQ after use.

Security deposit refunded within 7 days of check out with no damage reported.
Cancellation Policy
Guests that book less than 28 consecutive days will receive a full refund for cancellations made greater than or equal to 30 days before check-in OR within 48 hours of booking confirmation. 50% refund for cancellations made fewer than 30 days and at least 8 days before check-in. No refunds for cancelations less or equal to 7 days before check-in.

Guests that book greater than or equal to 28 consecutive days will receive a full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking confirmation. Refunds for all other cancellations will be 66% of all remaining days after the first 30.
