Three bedroom, three and a half bath, two family rooms & two outdoor decks overlooking a lagoon and golf course. Beachwalk in Shipyard is the closest enclave to the beach with a private, paved path leading to Shipyard Beach Club and the Sonesta Resort.

This Beachwalk townhome is completely updated with beautiful finishes throughout. Open kitchen overlooks family room and breakfast area with seating for six featuring a view of a lagoon and golf course. Front living room offers an electric fireplace, Smart TV and its own large deck with 2 rocking chairs, bench and dining for four. Upstairs has three bedrooms and three bathrooms, two with king suites and private baths and the third offers two sets of bunk beds with a full bath just across the hall.
Beachwalk has its own community pool and a paved walking path directly to the beach, in less than 7 minutes you arrive at private beach access at the Shipyard Beach Club and Sonesta Resort!

Shipyard is a beautiful and convenient spot to stay on Hilton Head Island. Walk or bike on the many paved paths throughout the community. Book a golf outing on three different 9 hole Heritage Golf Courses. Grab a bite at Brickyard Pub overlooking the golf course.
